The FSID do a booklet which they'll send you if you request it from their website - it's quite interesting, has a lot of stuff about preventing sudden infant death but also a checklist of how to tell if your baby is really unwell and things like that.

    Still not here...

On the reuseable nappies front I have an obsession already :rotfl: so many pretty colours and designs.

I so far have in my collection:

    Coolababe x 2
    BumGenius
    Motherease X 2
    1 from China
    Bamboo ones x 2
    Little lamb x 1

Most of them look too big for a new born and the popper system has me totally confused  But i;ll get there ... I think ... plan to use both though these with the disposibles as I won't be able to convert hubby.

Thanks for that, person who isn't here ;) I'll order it at some point.

I'm being good today and having a glass of orange juice, some cashew nuts and an apple for my mid-morning snack :)

Yep he's very much on a different page to me regarding them, he won't even let me get one of the free trial packs from the council to at least see how we get on with them :( It's as much his child as mine though so I have to respect his wishes and I'm ok with disposables just would have liked to have try the re-usables.

that's a bummer. Maybe he is a bit scared and when he sees what a breeze and how much disposables are he might come round.

Sometimes you need to take small steps with men and they eventually come round. :D

What colours have you got? Do you know if you are having a boy or a girl?

    nope sorry

Isn't it funny though when your belly rumbles and the noise comes from under your boobs cos your stomach is pushed up by the baby!
