    Morning all,

Back from a lovely week away in Edinburgh and a WI last night = 1lb loss ! :j

I did try to stick to plan as much as I could but it wasn't easy when having to eat out every night and trying to find something relatively healthy. Steaks were over the £20 mark so were ignored on the menu .

I must have done something right though, lots of walking helped I think and those of you who know Edinburgh, will know how hilly it is !!!

Total now of 9.5lb and I only have 0.5lb to go to my 5%. That's my next target so fingers x'd for next week !

  • Hello

I'm contemplating joining WW and have seen the cashback offer with Quidco which makes 3mths just 95p. But have a few questions.

    - Do you get the starter pack sent to you if you do online? or is it all just online?
    - Are there any good aps from Android phones?

    Cheers

I'm delighted to find a WW thread here.
This is my third time on WW as I've got no will power and have given up so quickly in the past.
I'm now entering my sixth week and have lost 9lbs to date, I've never entered a sixth week before.
I look forward to reading the posts.

    Thanks

    Lorraine
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

i joined it online last january you don't get any starter pack or anything its all online there isnt a weight watchers app for android just apple but i have an iphone so its easy for me but you would need access to computer to find things to update tracker etc or you might 'forget' stuff

ive lost just over 6 stone so far got 5lbs to go to no longer being overweight but i am really struggling with it at the moment because i keep STS or going up or down by 1/2lb

Wow, what a great start! I've been going for 10 months now, and the fact that I can have the 49 points has kept me going. I may not have lost it incredibly slowly, but I can live quite happily on the plan knowing that I am still losing weight even though it's sometimes only half a pound a week. It's the longest I've ever stayed on a plan!

I have the WW porridge with blueberries for breakfast. It's very filling and keeps me going until lunch time and it's only 3 points.
