Hi everyone - please count me in again.....

I lost quite a lot of weight a few years ago and when weighed at my 1st meeting.....scaary!!!

Anyway, I have a lot to lose but I am very positive. At my first weigh in I had lost 3.5lb - so pleased. Although, I had religiously tracked, that is the only way for me I think, as I was snacking a lot. I work shifts so need to get organised with food to take when on duty. Also, it hopefully will save me money too!

I took my pedometer and on a 7 hour shift I'm walking 3.5 miles, so not a sedentary job.

All the best to everyone, and just think how many more of your 'old' clothes will fit - a whole new wardrobe :j
  • Hi please can I come on board as well? I have been going to my local meeting since August 2012 and now 6 months down the line am half a pound away from a 2 stone loss this week. But am also beginning to struggle and on the verge of giving in even though its the longest time I have ever stuck to an eating plan.

Im not sure what my goal weight is but think I am half way there and have another 2 stone to lose still.

    Thanks :)

Lost another 0.5lb at WI last night. Bit disappointed but considering I ate all of my weeklies and my earned activity points, it's still a loss so I can cope with it ;)

Need to have a brilliant week as off to Edinburgh next Monday. Will be doing the filling and healthy while I'm there so I'm hoping to at least get a STS at my next WI on 20th Feb.

Hi Crisp and Lizzie, welcome :D.

How's everyone else getting on? xx

The mcd ones arent listed but 9ppfor the burger king ones. I'd guesstimate 2-3 for the curry dip :)

  • I don't usually find I'm hungry, but I do use all my 49 points, and eat a fair bit of fruit to fill up. This week I've had a carvery, a pub lunch, nearly two bottles of wine and still hopefully stayed within my points. I'm off to weigh in tonight, so we'll see!
