Hello everyone, thought Id introduce myself and then go and read back.I went back to meetings last saturday for the 4th time-Ive lost 2 stone on the programme and had my 3rd ww baby 7 weeks ago:) We had fertility issues conceiving DS2, half a stone loss was enough to sort that out-I went back when he was 7 months old and when he was 9 months old we discovered we were expecting DD.

I didnt do any planning last week and so i only lost 0.5lb, but my magazine arrived while I was at meetiing so Im hoping that will renew my resolve- as well as the fact that I bought a set of kitchen scales today. We have talked so much about getting one that I decided today had to be the day.
  • Hi everyone. :)

I joined WW on 12th Jan and so far have lost 13lbs! :j

I have at least another 2 stone to go. I'm managing to earn between 15 and 25 activity points each week and I only tend to use some of my weeklies. I'd just like to get to goal in time for summer.

Good luck to everyone for their WI this week. :)
  • Trying to have a really good week this week. One week from today I will be wearing a swimming costume on our yearly work trip to Centerparcs. Still a long way to go, but I'll look at least 2 stone better than last year!

hi i tried the new points system but found the old one better is anyone on here doing it? :)

    Hi weight2go
If anyone is doing the old points system they will be doing it off their own back, they will get no help from their leader as it is now not offically recognised.
ProPoints is a much easier plan to follow.

  • Work has been so manic I've been away every night for the last 4 weeks, so haven't made it to a meeting. There is one on Saturday that I used to go to, but I'm too tired to get there for 9:30 at the moment.

I've been *trying* to keep on track, mainly by doing the filling and healthy as when staying in hotels its incredibly difficult to work out the points of restaurant meals.

So no idea of weight loss, but going by clothes I haven't actually put any on, which can only be good.

  • Hey all

I have just signed up to WW online via Quidco for the 3months offer. However I won't actually be starting it for 2 weeks as I'm going on an All Inclusive holiday for 11 days :rotfl: but the Quidco offer is due to expire today so thought it will be worthwhile to sign up now.

Really looking forward to starting WW properly on Monday 12th March :D

    Hi everyone

So far so good - now I am 4 weeks in and have lost 8.5 lb, so very pleased. Already certain clothes feel easier at the waist.

I find it best if I track and it is getting easier. I also find I'm cooking more from scratch and separating it into portions which I have freeze, so don't always have to cook.

I need to do more exercise but am working quite a lot at the moment so it is difficult. At least I am getting plenty of walking at work

Got a reduced price WW meal in Tesco today, have frozen it for those days when I really don't feel like cooking.

Loving the yummy marshmallow in wafer snacks - only 1PP each. Great if you want something sweet quickly :rotfl:

Keep going everyone - have a great week :)

Hi Everyone. My name is Montymud and I am a chocoholic!!

Seriously though - I have really fallen off the wagon since Christmas. My clothes are too tight - some insanely so! So I am back on weight watchers today. I have no idea what I weigh - my scales are broken so my husband is picking some up on the way home tonight and then I will weigh myself tomorrow morning.

I got down to a size 8 just before Christmas from a size 12. I felt so good but then Christmas came and I though - oh I'll just stop counting points and eat crap over the holidays and start back on it after Christmas. Unfortunately it is now 27th of Feb and I weigh decidedly more. I will find out exactly how much more tomorrow but there may be tears!

I have had 6 points today so far so still plenty left. Generally, as a rule I don't use my weekly points. I use my 29 each day but I don't count butter or milk - not that I ever have much butter but I do drink tea with semi-skimmed milk. I walk the dog every day. It's a 6kilometre walk and I burn 400 calories doing it but I do not convert these into extra points. I purely stick to my 29 and don't count my milk and butter as said.

The first few days of going back to weight watchers are always the very hardest for me. It is taking everything I have in me not to wander off down to the shops for a chocolate bar - oh who am I kidding, a multi pack of chocolate bars. So far so good though.

So my official 'weigh myself' day will be tomorrow - I will report the disturbing news when I know.

Well done xxlouisexx56. Lizziebabe - that is very good! I bet your clothes are more then a little lose hun!
