Thanks Simone,I do eat fruit and veg,average 3 different fruits and I do eat plenty of veg,but that doesnt have as many calories as fruit,..or maybe i should just try 29 pro-points,lots of people at class are still on 29 and losing,maybe my body thinks its starved on 26(certainly feels like it lol)..I also work 14hr shifts, anyway im doing OK on filling and healthy today..WW bread and scrambled egg for brekky,Orange for a snack,Homemade veg soup,banana and WW yogurt for lunch...then salmon, potatoes and broccoli for dinner..and ive only used 1 propoint for the yogurt,this side of the plan may just suit me better.Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.
Week 10,total weightloss is now 13.5lbs Week 11 STSweek 14(I think)..-2, total loss now 1 stone exactly
GOT TO TARGET..1/2lb under now weigh 10st 6.5(lost 1st 3.5lbs)0 -
6.5lb off for me this week... don't think it is really that because it was TOTM last week and i'd had a bit of a wobble the day before weigh day and ate loads of junk but i managed to cycle my way to 140 activity points so now 3.5lbs to go until i am no longer classed as overweight!!!SLIMMING WORLD 13/5/2012- 6lb loss total weight loss 5 stone 8lb

Weighed myself, 9st 9lb - not too bad I suppose but still a massive gain from christmas. Bad Bad me!!Time to behave! Its so so hard. Yesterday I managed to stop myself from binging - I have no idea how I managed to slam the brakes on but I am so glad I did, I woke up this morning feeling great. Usually I wake up feeling fat and vile, fingers crossed I can keep it up! I have also walked 50km this week so far.0

I had a little blow out last week as didn't get a break at work so on the way home as was so hungry, got a chinese takeaway :eek:
Still, I kept to what I thought might be 'good' and had the Chicken and mushroom soup and chicken with chinese mushrooms and no rice!! It was yummy and didn't need the rice.
Well I lost 2lb that week bringing my total to 10.5lb and have reached my 5%, so very pleased
It just goes to show that if you use the extra 49 points wisely you can have your cake and eat it (or in my case takeaway). :rotfl:

hi thought i may join your lovely folk if that's ok. I went to my first WW meeting today, i've been in the past and never really did it properly but this time i finally feel i'm doing it for me and not because i feel that i should be doing it.
Thankfully i'm not at my heaviest ever weight, but i've still got a huge amount to lose. I'm in this for the long haul, but i'm used to long hauls so i look forward to getting to know you all better.0 -

Hi everyone! I am in my 4th week of doing WW and have lost 4lbs so far. - could do more but i like my alcohol on a weekend too much!! Ideally I'd like to get to 9 1/2 stone, so got a while before i'm there.Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

I cannot believe weightwatchers...on 29th Feb I phoned to cancel my monthly pass(expired 14th March)...came home from work today to see they have sent me out another monthly pass valid until 14th April...thats another £19.99 debited from my account...surely 14/15 days advance notice is enough to cancel..very annoyed with them,Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.

Hey,
Joined WW this morning I am 12st 7lbs.
I want to lose a total of 36lbs but first lets just go for 7lbs so I get a silver 7!!!
Just gonna go for small achievable targets rather than looking at the amount as a whole I think this has been my mistake in the past.
I'm new to the whole PP thing so off to read my books!
