  • Well done Dolly! I had my first WI this morning and I've lost 3.5lbs in my first week :D so pleased with that especially considering I was out drinking sat (although I used my weeklies for those).

This week will be tough as it's my 30th birthday, I'm out for food 3 times, drinks twice and going to London Fri to Sun :rotfl:

    Have a fab birthday!!!

That was a great loss xxx

    Hi everyone :)

Well done Dolly and Flutter - keep going. Happy Birthday Flutter

Nine weeks in and I've lost 18lb, people are noticing now, which is a great boost. I do feel a lot better, long way to go tho :)

Have got some WW snacks for when I feel like a nibble  at least they are easy to point.

Happy Easter to you all and try not to do too much of this :EasterBun :rotfl:

    Hey all

I started WW today :) I have previously done SW (though not for a few years). Really looking forward to trying out WW, and hopefully succeeding! I signed up online via Quidco so have effectively had 3 months free, after that I will go it alone as I can't afford the fees. Plus I'm not a big fan of the online site, find it hard to input stuff.

Are there any good Android apps for WW?

The only apps available are those with i/phones. I have a HTC and there is a WW points calculator app. Lost 16 lbs with WW 2 years ago, and since moving in with my boyfriend I have put it all back on. So back to sqaure 1. Re joined on Thursday. Been ok so far.

    Today i'll have;

    B-Special K with skimmed milk
    L-Chicken tikka salad wrap
    T-Roast Beef Dinner with trimmings

(and a couple of glasses of WW wine with ice and a drop of diet lemonade to make a spritzer). Worked all weekend so a little treat for OH & I.

Poundland is good for WW branded products.

    Good luck everyone. :T

    Well done all!

I got my first silver 7 today :D 3 week since starting! I'm totally loving WW, in the past week I've eaten out twice and been to cinema where I had popcorn, yet still lost 3lbs! Stuck to my dailies and weeklies though.

However I am struggling tonight. I have been doing uni work and always have the urge to pick at food when I'm studying :( I've had all my dailies, and don't want to use my weeklies yet as it's day 1 of the week, and I'm out on Weds for food! So far I'm sticking to fruit cos it's free! And may resort to going to bed lol!

    Hi All,

I'm about to rejoin (after about 9 years away!) the world of WW. I am classed as morbidy obese with a BMI of 40.8!! I need surgery but have asked for it to be postponed for six months so I can loose a bit of weight and lower my risks of complications. Surgeon wants me at at least 36 BMI by 4th September so went to my GP for advise and shes prescribed a 12 week course of WW to me. Not sure what the propoints is all about but will find out on Monday evening when I go to my first meeting.

Looking forward to learning lots from all of you.

good luck kiwichick, I'm really enjoying WW so far! Though I do wish more people posted on this thread! It's a bit slow, especially compared to the SW one!

oohhh go on then i'll post to bump it up. I rejoined ww 5 weeks ago and have lost 8lbs so far just need to loose 1.5lb more and i'll have lost 2st in total. I have a huge appetite and use all my dailies and weeklies and activity points. Im trying to find ways of sneakily upping my activity as i hate exercise so i went on a cat spotting trail yest (people put cats on their buildings round here for luck and someones produced a trail for it) im even thinking of washing my windows today!! Anyone got any tips for exercise that doesn't feel like exercise??
