I use most of my weeeklies (busy social life so out lots!) but not gained any real activity points yet. I find it hard to exercise cos I have vertigo so get dizzy quickly. I finish uni in 4wks and once all that is out of the way I plan to attempt to start exercising gently. I have a cross trainer machine and some DVDs so will see what suits me best.

    Well done FrugalFran :)

I'm quite pleased with myself cos I'm feeling a bit :( today. I went food shopping for a few bits, and normally when feeling like this I would treat myself to 'nice' food (aka junk food) as a pick me up, but instead I bought a small bunch of reduced flowers to cheer up my lounge instead :)

The Aldi super 6 is quite good this week - whole pineapple, kiwis, oranges, salad pots, cherry toms and funsize apples, all at 59p.

    Hi

Im hoping somebody can give me a little advice, ive lost 4 st in the last 2 years doing slimming world but for the last 6 months ive just been playing at it and over december ( wedding anniversary, weekend away in london and christmas and new year) i managed to gain a stone. Still maintaining the stone gain but just cannot seem to shift it. I really want to rid of it now. I dont go to class anymore and I really dont want to re join as to be honest i didnt like the leader.

Ive previously done weightwatchers on the old system but not on the new propoints. Are there foods that you can eat freely like on slimming world (ie fruit veg lean meat). What are the big differences between the old and new system. I feel ready for a change but unsure if it will suit me, ive just looked online and it does look quite good. Any help would be apprecciated.

I switched from SW to WW. I started WW 4 weeks ago and have lost 9lbs so far (a week of that was my 30th bday celebrations where I drank and ate out 5 nights!!!). It's been a bit tough having to point stuff that was free on SW (pasta/eggs/spuds etc) but it does teach portion control. I'm loving being able to eat things like wraps/bagels etc. Love the weekly points for when I have a night out etc! Somethings that were low syn on SW are high in WW points, which is bizarre! I'm finding there is a lot more variety on WW and it's working for me so far so I'm happy.

There is the Filling & Healthy plan on WW which is similar to SW, where you can eat unlimited items from a list but then have to point any extras which comes out of your weeklies (49 points). I haven't tried this cos it's similar to SW and I wanted a complete change.

Good luck hun, and well done on your weight loss so far, it's fab :)

    Well done Catch me!!

I weighed this morning, 0.5lbs off. TBH I was a tad disappointed, but it is TOTM so I guess that's a good weight loss really.

So I thought I'd do my measurements as well, and I have lost 2cms from hips/thighs/bust/arms and 6cms off my waist in 5weeks!!! :) I have never done measurements before when dieting but I so see why you get told to do it! Put me in a better mood :)

I was naughty and had chip shop chips for lunch, but I bought a large portion and shared it with 3 of my work kids so only had a quarter of it myself. It was too cold in the building we are based at to have my salad!

I do nuttywoman, I signed up via Quidco too and got the cashback quickly. Online takes a bit of getting used too, I don't like tracking my food on there, prefer a paper notepad (which is odd for me cos I'm all for internet/smartphone use!), but it's good to look up points values and the forums are great! I don't use it for much else. I won't be renewing once my 3months are up cos I can't afford to, but it's given me the kickstart that I need.
