Hey all lovely MSE WWers, I spotted this thread and decided to join in:D I've been on weightwatchers for 10 weeks now, lost 17lbs so far and 43lbs to go. Easiest "diet" I've ever been on (and I've been on a few, including the old ww plan) I love this propoints plan to bits, hardly ever feel deprived and loving the weekly allowance, that's what makes it for me. Will try and post my menus & weigh ins on here, find it quite theraputic typing it all out even if it might bore people sometimes haha. Hope everyone has had a good Easter weekend and here's to good week x

oohhh go on then i'll post to bump it up.

:rotfl: thanks! Cat trail sounds fun. So far I haven't really done any exercise other than what I do in work (I'm a youth worker, so I walk lots/play footie/do outdoor pursuits - but not a lot). I have vertigo so get dizzy quickly which means I'm a bit scared to try proper exercise. But I've got some exercise DVD's so plan on starting one this week.

Hi FrugalFran! I'm same as you, prefer to bore people with my menus and WI's so go ahead! And I totally agree it's the easiest diet ever!

Well I did my WI this morning (after 3 lunches out, a Dominos, and roast dinner plus choc cake yday!) and somehow have lost 2lbs this week :j. I did stick to my dailies and weeklies though so must be making the right choices somewhere! So far 9lb gone in 4 weeks :D

    Have a good day all

  • Can I join this thread please? :)

I've just re-joined WW online. I'm trying to get my head around the propoints system as it's changed from when I did it last :o
Unfortunately I'm on tablets that one of the side effects is weight gain  which work only too well :(

Fingers crossed I'll do it this time - I need the motivation of having paid for it to make me do it! May sound silly but I've chosen Friday as my weigh-in so I can relax a bit on the weekend.

"catchmeifyoucan" I'm also on tablets that cause weight gain, but in my case I think it's the stuffing my face, that's made me 4 stone overweight:o

I'm so pleased to find this thread, let's make it really busy.

I did weightwatchers online last year and lost a stone. Stopped, & of course put that stone (+ extra 7 lbs) back on.

I've had to face it, I can't do this alone at the moment, so went to my first ever WW meeting last Monday.

Have my first weigh-in tomorrow(day late cos of B.H.). I used all of my weeklies and wear my pedometer everywhere. I have Fibromyalgia, so sometimes it hurts too much to walk, but I'm trying my best.

    Nice to 'meet' you all.

  • Just found this thread. Joined WW in early January and have lost 21.5 lbs. I have managed to lose every week (bar one week when I stayed the same) but am dreading my WI tomorrow evening as I have fallen off the wagon big time this week. A combination of relatives and the kids' chocolate hanging around.
I find it quite difficult cooking meals sometimes. I don't want to cook lots of meals but my two boys (2 and 5) don't like their ingredients mixed up, IYSWIM. Often have to cook things separately and then mix mine on the plate!

    hi all

had the most delicious baked seafood risotto from an old ww mag last night even hubby said it was yummy, im having the rest for lunch today. Back to work for me i just hope my collegues havn't brought tasty treats in from home that they dont want to get fat on-i cant resist!
  • Well, really pleased as stayed the same this week. Had feared I would put on some with all the naughties munched this week.
I have just prepared a really scrummy sausage and onion meatloaf for tonight's tea, which was in my weightwatchers book. The only problem is that it creates a lot of washing up, so best be off to clear the kitchen.
