Thanks, how did your weigh in go?..I do use my 49 pro-points too,(normaly as extra added to daily),but this week i was away for the weekend so used them all from Fri to Sun,maybe thats why im hungry, cos im restricted to my 26 Pro-points a day...apparantly when it was first launched the minimun allowance was 29 pro-points,now its only 26,wonder why they reduced it(i could be doing with those extra 3 lol)Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.

I lost 1.5lb, which I was more than happy with! I do have 29 points though, as I started it when we were allowed 29, and they said we could stick with that if we were happy with it. So what I tend to do is aim for 26, but if it goes to 29 then so bit, and if it's more than 29 it comes off my extras!0

Hi
Can I join you please? I joined WW online after xmas and am now on week 7. I have lost 1 stone 5 lbs so far and must admit that the new pro points thing is very good I am on 26 and 49 extras and I haven't felt deprived at all. I did WW a few years ago and always seemed to be running out of points and it felt like hard work. This I could live on for ever happily. For my shame I have realised just how much I was eating every day without needing it I can still have the occasional biccie ( I just don't eat the whole packet in one sitting anymore) and chocolate tastes so much better when you have a little bit occasioanlly (before I would eat a whole big bar of chocolate watching tv and not notice that it had gone)
My OH is doing it as well which helps cos we are both getting to the age when you have to look after yourself properly (I know you should anyway but it is so easy to hope for the best)
Eventually I am hopefully going to have to change my name on here
Have a good day everyone

Welcome Cuddly, well done on your weight loss so far! I agree, its very easy to stick to, even when you think you're eating 'naughty' stuff!
Well done Minty, whats your aim? Are you far off it?
I had my weigh in last night, was pretty sure that I'd have stayed the same as had a big roast dinner on Sunday, with pudding, and some other naughty bits through the week but came away with a 2lb loss so pretty happy with that. Plus Ive not been able to go swimming the last week so not bad really! Thats 9.5lbs off so far in 3 weeks, pretty pleased with that and actually wish I'd started sooner! Cant believe I always kidded myself that I was 'meant' to be this build, now the weight is starting to come off my clothes are getting loose and Im so happy about that! Big well done everyone, keep it up!Sealed Pot Challenge Member 151

Hi weightwatchers:hello:
I hope everyone is well this morning
DueMarch Its such a good feeling when your clothes start to feel looser isn't it? I was getting to the stage where what did fit was going to need replacing because I kept telling myself I wasn't buying more until I had lost weight but not getting going. I finally rooted through my wardrobe yesterday and now I have rediscovered some lovely clothes that I had forgotten I owned cos it is so long since they fitted. The stuff that is too big and decent has been sorted and put in the spare bedroom until I get to the charity shop with it. I still have a drawer full of stuff that doesn't fit yet but I am determined it will.
Its like having a new wardrobe and it hasn't cost a penny :j
Does anyone have a view on whether its best to eat your weeklies gradually cos I am away for a family weekend next weekend. I know its going to involve at least 2 sit down meals and I'm hoping if I stick to my 26 a day all week then that will make up for the extra at the weekend.
Any enough of my waffling
Have a lovely day everyone

My goal weight is at least another 2 1/2 stone away, but I have lost 2.2 stone already. It has taken me since March last year, but I've been doing it very gradually, as I put some back on over the summer, and again at Christmas. As someone else said, this is do able so I'm not getting frustrated that it's not coming off very quickly, I'm just living my life and this way of eating is fitting in with it. I probably won't lose any weight this week, but I don't sweat about it.0

Not sure if anyone of you are on facebook. Theres a group you may be interested in.
Its not run by weight watchers but its called weight watchers uk where people ask and give advice etc on the ww propoints diet. :-)0 -
So since starting Weightwatchers 3 weeks ago, I have lost 5 lbs. For some people this may seem really slow but I am happy with it because I always lose weight really slowly whatever I do.
Since starting losing weight in October, I have now lost a total of 9lbs so Weightwatchers is definitely helping me lose faster than trying by myself.
Hoping to lose 2lbs this week to get my first 7lb award.0 -
Hi all
