Not posted here for ages but thought I would pop in and say hello. Have lost a stone in the last ten wks but still another 3 to go.
Really gave myself a good talking to this morning as I have messed about in the last couple of weeks. Reread all my WW material and going to swap to Tuesday meeting around the corner, (I prefer the leader and the venue)
Also have reread some WW magazines for food inspiration and begun tracking again.
The other thing I am doing is a blog on the WW website as I am a monthly pass member. I am hoping posting on there every day is going to keep me motivated.
Oh and I have started tracking again this morning which always helps me to lose as I am rubbish at guessing and always under estimate.
Hope you are all doing ok:)Started Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Hi all,
Bit the bullet and joined online this morning. Lost 5 stone on SW but found it too restrictive for me (I love bread waaaay too much) and have now put 3 stone of it back on. Really like the idea of pro points and being able to eat 0point fruit as I am a bit of a fruit bat.
Hopefully the thread will get a bit busier so we can motivate each other.

I may post my day, so you can all have a look for me
I'm on 41 a day, and i have gone into my weeklies a little bit this weekend, but hardly dented them at all. It's just too much, although im sure i would use them easier if i went out for chinese/indian etc

Well done Kiwichick
Sorry I've not felt much up to posting on the WW thread lately. But have started jogging this week. By jogging I mean walking with the very occasional jog! But it's a start

I obviously didn't read the WW website properly - as I ordered their deluxe pack with the books, journal and calculator and thought I would have everything I needed to start- however it does not explain in any way how it works. The last time I did weight watchers it was on the old plan.
I have looked at the prices for meetings and online, and it is so much more expensive than I remember. With a young baby, I am not going to be able to go to the meetings on a regular basis and would not really use it online- just want to use my books at home!
Can anyone suggest a resource online or offline which will tell me what I need to know?
Thanks a lot for any help or suggestions:snow_laug0 -
