Do hope the quietness of the thread doesnt mean everyone's given up??

No I've not given up, I've just had a rough few weeks. I had a virus that lasted 2 weeks :( but am starting to feel better now.

Ive also started having a ww bagel at breakfast time, seems to keep me fuller for longer,

I love the WW bagels too, but was gutted today when they didn't have any in the £shop :( but I did buy some WW pitta breads which I had for tea, and they were yummy (3pps each)

HI all been missing a bit but after my second week i did not lose anything but third week i lost 3lb. Am now getting a warning that i am losing too fast but i am doing so much more exercise than i used to before i do 2.5 hours a week comapred to 0 before. So i would think this was the reason. Am currently 12stone 6 lb and i have lost 1/2 a stone which i am indifferent to at the moment not sure why i'm not thrilled but i think its because i know i have a long haul in front of me.

    :T:T:j:j congratulations! That's excellent!

I've had a not so bad few days back on ww, heading to the gym as well, does anyone know if you can print out the healthy and filling food lists? I'm doing ww online, and would love them stuck on my fridge

Is it possible to copy & paste them into a word document & print that? (That's what I was hoping to do!?)

Is it ok if I join please? I want to lose about 1-2 stone- at the moment I can only fit into 2 pairs of trousers and can't afford to buy a whole new wardrobe! I am a member of local gym/swimming pool so aiming to follow pro points and get my a*** to the gym more frequently!
Only started last week, should be weighing in today but wii fit told me yesterday that I have lost 2 stone already :rotfl:haha I wish!! Might pop round to Mum's to use her scales, ordered some yesterday so hopefully they will be here by next week's WI.
I am also tring to watch what I spend more closely so I can increase my savings so I intend to stay away from shops to keep my £'s and lose some lb's :)

Hope you are all having a good Sunday!

    Update:
according to my Mum's scales I have stayed the same?! I am disappointed but in fairness I didn't exercise this week so hopefully if I increase my exercise (shouldn't be hard from a zero level of activity!?) I swam this afternoon (after the weigh in) but already got some plans in the diary for classes this week so fingers crossed.
Is it better if you use up all your daily points everyday or is it good to sometimes be under? Have felt very hungry today and trying to eat either 0pp or very low :S

Sorry have been absent from the thread for a while (not sticking to the plan and sts) have you just started? If so you might have had a bad week the week before and its just levelling out. From when I went to a group last year I was told to eat all of your dailies. Some people were sts and when the leader went through their week they hadn't eaten all of their dailies/weeklies. On days you are hungry eat your weeklies, esp if you are doing exercise.

So haven't been around as not sticking to the plan - although haven't put any weight on, haven't lost any either. Since my WI on Tuesday I have stuck to my points so really hoping for a loss come tuesday!

    Hello everyone :)

I'm back on WW this week, after putting on the 2.5 stone I lost for my wedding 2 years ago :(

I need to loose 1.5 stone to be in the 'healthy' range but would like to loose a bit more.

I am not doing meeting or online, but using an old book. I am doing old points not pro points.

    Hey all,

I'm still following WW but not very well at moment, hence not posting on thread. Hope you are all doing well
