Sorry I have been MIA for a little while. I've been away with work this last week, and am having this weekend off plan as I have lots planned.
I will be back on WW as of Wednesdaylooking forward to it to be honest!!

The weekly allowance is still 49 PP for everyone. (1st time I've ever heard of it being called a treat allowance!) Its there if you need to use it.
The easy start booklets are set to the minimum daily allowance of 26PP a day however if your daily allowance is more than that you need to add more foods or increase portions to get to your own daily allowance.

so can you save your 49 points up over a week and use them at the weekend?0 -

The way I describe the 49 weekly PP's is its like an overdraft you can use them if you need them don't use them if you don't need them.
You can use them any way you want from splitting them over the week, you can keep them all for a weekend night out or that unplanned lunch or dinner out.
Use them as you see fit.

I lost 4lbs this week and gained my 5%
A new goal set of 10st 8lbs which is my pre second baby weight.
Right now I weigh less than I have done in a year and a half
Celebrated this big loss by another hour in the gym. It's my birthday tomorrow and we are having a buffet lunch and cake and then going out for dinner in the eveningbut hey, it's only one day in the year

ARGH......struggling big time this week!! Dont know whats going on but cant get in the swing of things at all. Am hoping its half term blues and that I'll get back on track when back into the whole school routine.
Thread VERY quiet, hows everyone else doing?WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbsWeight today = 17st 6.5lbsLoss to date 32.5lbs!!!0 -
Feel like eating my weight in chocolate... not going to though!
Weigh in was Friday - lost another 3.5lb (making 21.5lb since 4th May). Hit my 10% as well :j
Well done to everyone else xSmile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
I stayed the same this week.
Will make the gym twice this week!0 -
I too am struggling a bit
but this is because I have had a week away with work where it was hard to control what I was eating (meals provided), followed by a week where I had a friend staying so we socialised lots, and then this week another friend is visiting and we have lots of plans.
I was determined to get back on it this week as I have put on 3lbs overall in 3 weeks, and so far I am sticking to plan despite lunch out and cake yesterday!
let's all keep posititve and encouraging each other!
