Are you weighing EVERYTHING?
Also possibly follow the weeks menu as on the ww site?
I don't go to group I do it online. I have been weighing most things. I am being super strict on myself this week and will definitely manage 2 gym visits0 -

Hello all,
I am an ex ww member, still following it but not going to meetings as I couldn't really afford it. Doing really well and lst nearly four stone so far :j Any way ...
I have to go to a leaving party on sunday which is in Pizza hut, I really have no idea what to order, what would be the best, I don't really want to be too obvious like "I will just have the salad bar please", but is there anything that is sort of ok ? or at least the best of a bad bunch ? I am not fussy and will pretty much eat anything ( which thinking about it, is probably how I got so big in the first place :rotfl::rotfl:)
Thankyou0 -

Hi All,
Not been around much lately, things on the home front extremely stressful!!
Had my 10th WI today, lost 4lbs this week briging me in to a 25lb loss so far. Sounds good but I've so much to loose that I'm still in the same size clothes as I was when I started - apart from bra's!!!
Do hope the quietness of the thread doesnt mean everyone's given up??
Al xWW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbsWeight today = 17st 6.5lbsLoss to date 32.5lbs!!!0 -
Ive not given up, but had a couple of weeks where I just couldnt get my head into gear but now Im back on it and going for a big loss this week! Managing so far, quite enjoying salads. Treat myself yesterday to a Cake Pop Maker from Lakeland, going to use it later but have already pointed one of the recipes and they work out 2 pp each but if you have 3 its 5pp.
Ive also started having a ww bagel at breakfast time, seems to keep me fuller for longer, have also started swapping a supermarket pork sausage (3pp) for a ww one (1pp). Have started seeing a few things I can swap for less points!Weight Loss - 102lb0 -
well I made the mini doughnuts recipe from my Cake Pop maker, they were absolutely delicious, well worth getting and making! I pointed up the recipe and it comes out at 2pp per doughnut - or 3 for 5pp (the recipe made 36 doughnuts - and no I didnt eat them all!)Weight Loss - 102lb0
