    Hiya Goingforthedream,

Welcome to the thread, glad you're finding it of use. The filling and healthy days are much like SW in that you can eat unlimited amounts of certain foods without counting points. The key is to recognise when you are full and stop eating then rather than continuing to eat just because it is "free food". A lot of us here at WW dont seem to have that internal stop button which is what has lead to be the sizes we are!!

I'm doing the PP plan and am enjoying it (am also a bit scared to do filling and healthy in case it impacts the progress I've made so far). I know thats completely irrational but cant help it. A list of F&H foods are in the book you get when you join, they are the highlighted green ones. If you are wanting to try it on your own rather than pay for meetings I will happily make a list on here or PM you with some of the foods from the books?

Edited to add:during F&H days you are still able to add foods that arent on the F&H list but you must account for the point value of them and take it from your 49 "weeklies".

    Hope this helps,
    Al x

Thanks so much kiwichick, It sounds just like the core plan, in the same way that you don't measure or weigh certain foods and also use fullness to determine when to stop, using points to calculate non core food. Yippee!!! I am happy now!

My daughter tried Pro points so has the books and I have told her they will go to a worthy home so am going to collect them this weekend but will PM you if I need any help, thanks. They will help me get my head around it all before I join again as I cant go until a week Saturday as I am away this weekend

I do need the discipline of being weighed by someone else and like the meetings to keep me focused.

Definatley feeling positive now, wish I hadnt procrastinated so long though

    Hi Scott
Daily ProPoints are worked out using your Gender, Height, Weight and Age. Each person has their own daily allowance.

hi everyone , i started ww 5 days ago after my OH took a photo of me that left me disturbed ,lol. I am 11stone 5lb and only 5ft 1.5.

I wrote a long list of why I want to loose weight, and stuck the disturbing photo on it , and now its on my wall for me to look at everyday !

I also got myself a lovely top which is too tight on my arms and have hung it up in my bedroom , I feel determined to get into it & will try it on once a week.

I am jogging everyday with my little dog (who loves it), although Im struggling with this and am doing 100 sit ups a day cos my stomach looks yuck.

Im also measuring myself and keeping a chart.

Look forward to chatting with you all :D.
    Kindness costs nothing :)

Yes there have been little changes - there is an 2 week easy start programme now which you get in meetings and the minimum daily PP's have gone down to 26 PP.

does that affect your weekly treat allowance,i know it used to be 49 points per week, the 26 points you mentioned are they just for the two week easy start program then they will rise?

    thanks

The weekly allowance is still 49 PP for everyone. (1st time I've ever heard of it being called a treat allowance!) Its there if you need to use it.
The easy start booklets are set to the minimum daily allowance of 26PP a day however if your daily allowance is more than that you need to add more foods or increase portions to get to your own daily allowance.
