Well done Flutterby - you must feel gret!!!
I've got another 5lb to go before my first stone is off so hoping to get that in the next 2 WI days - fingers crossed.
I do still struggle with feeling like I'm on a diet, I get hungry but feel I shouldnt spend my points snacking but then end up with points left over at the end of the day. Not good so Im told as that will hinder weight loss.
Any tips?WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbsWeight today = 17st 6.5lbsLoss to date 32.5lbs!!!0 -
I don't feel like I'm on a diet on WW
Well done Flutterby & Andi. Hope to have lost a few more pounds before I go on holiday in a few weeks time.0 -
i've been rubbish for weeks and put on a pound (could have been a lot worse i suppose) i do feel like im on a diet as i like to snack and booze so thats my downfall.
Anyhow is anyone else getting headaches-im wondering if its from sweetners in the diet stuff im eating?? (ie sugar free jelly, occasional diet coke and ww chocobars)0 -
I put on half a pound this week but it was a * week
I got a horrible migraine and went to bed at 4pm on Saturday. I got up to find dp and the girls had ordered a pizza hut.
I had to eat it as I was not up to cooking for myself!0 -
Hello All,
WI today and only lost 1.5lbs, bringing me to a total loss of 10.5lb in 4 weeks. Was disheartened but decided to remeasure myself this evening just to see how I was getting on as has been 4 weeks since I started and initially took measurements. I've lost 1.5cm from thighs, 3.5cm from hips, 4cm from bust and 6cm from waist!! I'm proper chuffed - even my 3 kids were screaming with excitement with me bless them.
So my message to all who are struggling or feel they arent loosing much - measure yourselves and go back every month to remeasure - its such a boost:D!!

Gahhhhhh basically. Can I ask some questions?
I started going to the gym at the beginning of March, and lost 11lb. I then decided to join WW online to boost what I had started, but 4 weeks in and I've put weight back on!!
So, I have questions:
1. Do you have to eat all your points every day? I'm really struggling to do that, and don't want to end up eating more chocolate than necessary.
2. Any tips for healthy snacks??
3. Gahhhhhhhh.
Thanks in advance

Hi Little Vics,
My weight loss has been W1 5lbs, W2 3.5lbs, W3 0.5lbs and W4 1.5lbs. The two lowest WI's were weeks that I was uder my points most days, my leader told me to try and use them all as going under can mean your body thinks its being starved and so slows metabolism resulting in a slower loss. I've tried to boost my points, one of the easiest ways I've found is to have a hot choc drink with a biscuit or two in the evening. Cant say whether it works yet or not but its helping me use my points.
As for healthy snacks I cut up a load of veg (carrots, celery, peppers, cucumbers etc) and put them in a tupperware in the fridge. Then I can pick at them as I need to and 0 points. I also like to do the same with fruit and mix it in a bowl with a WW yogurt.
Hope that helps.
