    Hi All,

Am plugging away this week though disspointed as my at home scales say I weigh more than I did after WI on wednesday. I have endometriosis which is acting up on new medication and I suspect thats having an effect as I'm following so strictly - going to be horrible at WI on wednesday I reckon. Am hoping my body sort itself out, will stick to the plan in the hope that I have a better week in the next week.

Stupid question......this weekly allowance of 49 points....do you have to use them? I think it's likely that I will end up using them but if I find myself one week not needing them does it matter?

As long as you use up your dailies your weeklies are there as your safety net, if you like. Me, I use them up every week as I am on 26 points and have never been higher than 29 so need them to keep me sane. Even without extra exercise I have been losing up to 2lb every week and have now lost 2 stone, so you can use them up and still lose weight.

Don't weigh yourself using your own scales, wait for the WW ones. This came up at our meeting last week. They are checked for accuracy and made of v, expensive components so are more likely to be a true reading. You could get yourself all worked up (and more often let things go as you are expecting to put on weight anyway) for no good reason.

....creeps in and hangs head.....I did my WI this morning and I have put on 3lb this week  oh dear! I'm not too upset by it as I think a lot of it is due to the fact that I was drinking and eating indian Sunday night!! So hopefully it will even out over the week! It's not knocked me though and I'm determined to keep going.

You lovely ladies have been so helpful BUT I cannot do this. Its making me obsessive about food and by the evening I am hungry (and I am not living on a few chocolate biscuits ;)) I knew doing this was a long shot and if I am honest not what I believe in the core of me. I swore I would never diet again, I should have listened rather than hoping for a quicker "fix" :o:o

Sorry for wasting any of your time, I wish you all the best on your journey to being slim :T
