Please can I join in :) I didn't realise there was a WW thread - I have only seen the SW one.

I joined WW over a year ago, stopped smoking at the same time, lost a stone, had a major family crisis and stopped going to meetings. I have 5/6 stone to lose.

Roll forward a year and I am still not smoking but have put back on exactly the same amount as I lost. My family crisis is still ongoing but is being resolved. I have moved house and am in a better frame of mind now.

I started WW again 3.5 weeks ago. I lost 7.5lbs the 1st week, 6.5lbs the second and nothing the 3rd :) I was a bit :( but consoled myself with the thought that I had actually lost a stone in the previous 2 weeks!!!

I think I didn't lose any the 3rd week because I didn't eat all my points. I was on 37/36/35 and the numbers scare me. In my mind they are too much and I cannot possibly eat that much. I know that of course I can and I just have to retrain my brain to think it's ok. So this week I had a Pizza Express and actually gone into my weekly points :)

Let's see what the next week brings - my WI is a Friday morning.
  • I'm tempted to swap my WI day. It is on a Friday at the moment but I ate and drank all weekend and daren't even begin to count the points I've consumed. Don't think it's good for the weekend to fall right after I've WI... might be better to have to be "good" on the weekend as I can do it all week IYKWIM

I WI n a Monday and find it does help me be better on weekends!

I lost 2.5lbs when I weighed this morning :D pleased with that.

Also impressed with the fact that despite the fact that I am in a horrid mood and emotional, I resisted buying crap all day in the shops like I normally would :). I did buy a small pizza and low fat garlic bread for my tea, but it was all within my points!

  • I'll stick to Friday for this one and see how I go over the weekend. :)

Didn't put any ON though, thankfully... how, I have no idea. Onwards and upwards! :)

Well, despite horrendous week for me personally (ill health) I am chuffed as have managed to loose 1/2 a lb. I know its sounds pathetic but given the way my body is acting with these new meds I was certain I was going to have put on. 3 weeks with WW now and 9lb off. Am hoping to get into double figures next WI.
    WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbs
    Weight today = 17st 6.5lbs
    Loss to date 32.5lbs!!!

    Well done Kiwichick!

I've had 2 days off plan as was away with work on a Naval base so had to eat what they provided. Tried to make good choices though so hopefully not too damaging.

    Well done andi!

I had my 10th WI this morning and I lost 1lbs which means I've lost a stone :j:j:j and reached my 5% goal too :j:j:j:j.

Very pleased with myself :D Not found it too hard, and doesn't feel like I'm on a diet most of the time.

    Onwards and downwards.....
