Hi all, i joined WW nearly 8 weeks ago with my sister & a friend. They actually joined a few weeks before me so are a little further on with their weightloss journey. So far i have lost 7Ib & only have a stone to lose now. The main reason for me losing weight is (apart from health reasons) i have clothes i cannot get into and it will be very mse to be able to wear them again. However i think i'm getting a tad bored with it but i really dont want to give up. When i am due on i tend to gain an extra couple of Ib's though the following week i lose it again. Is there anyone else with a bit of weight to lose getting fed up with the process.

Do you exercise that might speed things up quicker for you if you're bored.

Can any of you lovely ladies with access to this info tell me how many point salad cream is, both the light and full fat versions?

Abitofhelp I am only on day two myself but in what way are you bored? Bored of counting points? Weighing? measuring? Are you eating the same things all the time?

Cocalls all the best for getting back on track xx

Bitsy both salad cream normal & light are showing as 1 point each per tbls. To be honest i'm a bit fed up because its nearly 8 weeks in, i have lost weight i think i'm at that is this a bit of a faff stage.
cocalls, i walk everyday for at least an hour, we have set the wii fit back up for me and my brother has lent me his exercise bike, & i dont eat the same food all the time, my sister had a problem with that so it has all ways been in my mind.
Really i think i'm just whinging a bit but thanks for your replys.

  • well done Louise :)

Abitofhelp you're doing great too :) Sorry you're getting bored with it.

I've just sat and planned my roast dinner for tonight :D I find it makes it easier to plan it in advance so I know exactly what I have left for a glass of wine (my treat to myself for being good) :)

    Hello

Well done losers :p and welcome newbies :)

Today is my normal at home WI day but I went out last night and stayed at a friends so I am going to WI tomorrow instead, but I already suspect it will not be good!! Ended up in the curry house last night after many drinks :rotfl:. Ah well, can't be good all the time!

But I am back on track today, I have some hangover food but it's all low point stuff.

Hope you are all doing better than me!
