  • Weetabix is 2pps per biscuit

    x

and to confuse the issue, on the online tracker Weetabix is 2pps per biscuit... and 3pps if you have 2. Bargain! ;)

I don't always eat my weekly points, I struggle to use up my daily 27 :rotfl: but not going hungry. I track my activity too but again, don't always use that up. I can't eat "one square of chocolate" if I have any I want it all. And that would be bad.

I love creating a no-point salad to go with my lunchtime sarnie :D

    And it's 8 pounds off in 3 weeks :j

  • I have weetabix for breakfast, think slow-release energy. Banana, orange and grapes for mid morning. Again, the banana is slow-release energy. Lunch is a large salad, sometimes a hm sarnie - no butter, scrape of mayo, slice of ham/chicken roll with loads of lettuce,
if I'm not having the sarnie I have a yoghurt. Drink loads of water.
Dinner again lots of free veg, small amount of meat/potatoes or a ww recipe - for example the moussaka does me and OH for 2 nights.

Bitsy - you are probably hungry cos your stomach is adapting to WW from your 'normal' eating. Keep at it. Do you like any fruit at all? If not could you have chopped veg to snack on?

I like apples and bananas. Thats it :o
All the rest of it makes me gag (sensory thing :o) I like raw carrot and cucumber (if I could dip the cucumber into something), don't like stuff like mange tout etc. Faddy? moi? :rotfl: I just prefer my veggies cooked....but not cold. You see Flutterby where my son gets his ASD from don't you :rotfl::rotfl:

Was close to jacking it in last night as there is no way I can spend all my time being hungry :o but I am going to give it at least a week and give it a go.

Don't jack it in Bitsy! You can do this :)

Banana's are great filling food, they are what I have when I come home from work peckish at 4.30 and don't want an early tea. I sometimes have 2 a day and it doesn't affect my weight loss, but some people on other WW forums say not to have more than one per day.

Apples - free food - so stuff your face with them!!

Carrots and Cucumber - get chopping and store them in the fridge so they are ready for you to snack on when peckish.

Dips - I make dips with fat free greek yogurt (tesco one). 100ml is 1propoint, and 100ml is lots! I either add crushed garlic, or mint sauce (up to 2tbsp is free) to add flavour.

Cooked veg - no probs with that as most is free, can you cook extra and reheat it when you fancy it? OS stylee ;)

Do you like soups? If so make a low or zero point vegetable soup which you can snack on throughout day.

Sugar free jelly is zero points, great for a sweet hit when you have no points left!

I think the idea of making the zero point or low point soup is good idea, I can have it as a cup a soup if need be.

I am having an internal struggle as when I did WW before when I was getting married I hated every minute of it :o

Think I will call at Sainsbugs and get myself some muller lite yogs and some organic carrots (they taste nicer raw ;))

"catchmeifyoucan" I'm also on tablets that cause weight gain, but in my case I think it's the stuffing my face, that's made me 4 stone overweight:o

I'm so pleased to find this thread, let's make it really busy.

I did weightwatchers online last year and lost a stone. Stopped, & of course put that stone (+ extra 7 lbs) back on.

I've had to face it, I can't do this alone at the moment, so went to my first ever WW meeting last Monday.

Have my first weigh-in tomorrow(day late cos of B.H.). I used all of my weeklies and wear my pedometer everywhere. I have Fibromyalgia, so sometimes it hurts too much to walk, but I'm trying my best.

    Nice to 'meet' you all.

    Charlotte

Didn't realise it was so long ago that I posted that!

Anyway, I started on 2nd April & have lost 7.5 lbs. Not loads, but MUST be happy with it.

Weigh in again on Tuesday so hoping for another loss. Only half pound last week, but I'd had 49 ppoints over my weeklies:rotfl:

Still wearing the pedometer everywhere & can definitely feel that I'm (slightly) fitter when walking now.
