Hi
Can I join in the thread?
I lost 4st on the old WW plan after child1 but after child 2&3 my weight has shot back up and the excuse of baby weight is valid no longer as the youngest is 1.
I'm online with the WW due to the free sign up deal as I 1) can't afford the weekly sessions and 2) H works random hours and can be called out at anytime so I can never def say I can get to a meeting (can't drag 3 little ones there!)
Anyway I'm really struggling with the pro points! I found the last scheme dead easy but this is mashing my brain!
I'm heavier now than when I started.(by 1.5lb)
I can't understand those that say they don't use their points cause by Wed I've used the weekly allowance too!
My problems are:
Bread, in a big way
Chocolate, ditto
Pepsi
I don't like cereal so always starvIng by lunch and so go for the wrong things!
I'm hoping that joining this thread gives me some inspiration to sit down, digest it properly and find out where I'm going wrong (besides eating too much of the wrong things!!)
I am doing exercise now regularly, I joined my local gym and have started Zumba, BLT, Step and Fitball.
Here endeth my ramblings and throw any advice my way to STOP EATING!
Thank you0 -
Hi Time to get up and go and welcome
Do you eat breakfast at all? There are thousands of things other than cereal to have. I do have cereal on weekdays (shreddies cos they are the most filling for me), but on weekends I have scrambled/fried egg, tinned spagetti on toast. You could have fruit or yogurt?
Good luck

 hellooooooo? anyone else still out there?
Well I'm going to continue to bore everyone with my journey as I need this thread to keep me going.
1lb lost this week
I'm 100% back on WW now, reallly need to get focused. I bought the new WW magazine, but was a little disappointed in the few veggie recipes it had. I managed to get 2 WW margarita pizzas for 99p yesterday in the YS reduced section. Had one last night and it was yummy.

Hello! Its been a year! ... Just got back from Thailand and all those beautiful Asian women have spurred me back into losing some weight! I lost 15lbs last year - was hoping to go to 8.5lbs but at 8.10lbs oh asked me to stop. That was around Sept. When I signed up with WW on Tues and di the weigh in I was 9.2lbs.
Have done reasonably well so far - 2 days :rotfl:, well almost 3 but am conscious that tomorrow and Saturday I have social events one of which will be a hog roast - no idea how to account for that - palema any ideas?
Time to get up and go - re breakfast - can you look on the ww recipe finder and find something you like? ideas off of the top of my head are - porridge with berries & total, smoothie using 100gms total, 1/4 pint of milk (I use soya unsweetened, is v creamy but lower points than ss) and any fruit, boiled egg on toast, full english and there are low pp recipes for pancakes... mmmmmmm pancakes!
Anyway as I'm not going to a group I thought I'd sign back up here for some support!
couple of posts from the last thread I thought might be helpful to you guys! First one is a list of recipes for pp

Joined Weight watchers online nearly two weeks ago forst weigh in i lost 4lb. Not expecting alot this week as it was DD2's birthday and we had a little party with lots of party food and not a lot of time for exercise. I am trying to aim for 14 extra points a week from exercise but finding it hard to fit it in as we have a busy family and i work full time. Will update when i weigh myself in wednesday.#Sealed pot #085.

do you go to a group? Might be an idea to speak to the leader to see if there's some way of jump starting your loss?
Are you weighing EVERYTHING?
Also possibly follow the weeks menu as on the ww site?DF as at 30/12/16
