I was surprised to see how many points are in ordinary baked beans. In fact I have been surprised in general by how many pro points there are in a lot of things. I have done the old style points and I am sure a lot of things weren't so high in points - especially wine!3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
Yep, wine increaed a lot with the new Pro points, so did Jacket potatos0

Hi everybody. I just wanted to post some of the things that I have eaten to get where I am now. It is such an amazing feeling getting in to the size that you are aiming for so heres a few of the foods I have eaten - my pp daily allowance was 28
Warburtons Fruit loaf - lovely toasted and only 2pp for one or 5pp for two!
Warburtons soft seeded sandwich thins. I toast these and put a bit of ham in the middle - only 3pp!
Treat size mars bars - 2pp
Morrisons own range (NUME) chilli con carne and wedges with just the right amount of cheese on top, I bu the frozen version - only 8pp very filling and does not taste at all like 'diet food' lol
Morrisons own medium bread is only 2pp a slice
A twirl from a multi 4 pack is only 5pp - thats a good amount of chocolate for really not a lot of points!
Anyway those are a few of the things that have helped me through. I was always a bit naughty as in I never counted butter or milk as propoints but I still managed very well.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but here is an interesting report on bread from one of my facebook friends.

Yet its worked for me? I went from a size 14 to a size 8, thats a lot of weight and I love bread. I will continue on eating bread bought from the supermarket shelves. Interesting article though!0 -

The industry is so screwed that it actually believes the rubbish it writes. We are told the average woman needs 2000 calories a day. Actually it is 2000 Kilocalories or in English the amount of energy needed to raise 20 kilograms of Ice cold water to boiling. Ask you class instructor how far you would need to run to burn that off They wont know the answer) and then consider that 2000 Kcal is about 2/3rds of a pound of fat.
Bread is fine as long as you know what part of your diet it is playing. if you obsess over stuff you cant have you are unconsciously reminding your self you want it so in the end many people give in and then feel guilty and so of those guilty ones go and comfort eat and the cycle continues.Who I am is not important. What I do is.0 -
I changed my weigh in day from Sunday to Friday so weighed myself today only 5 days after the previous weigh in. I lost 1.6 lbs so 8 lbs now in total. I stayed the same the previous week which is partly why I changed my weigh in day - last weekend was really tough!
It's my birthday on Tuesday so think I will be using a lot of points then!3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
Hi there, can I come in and join you please?
I have restarted WW today and could do with some likeminded support!
I am reading this thread with interest...

Mmmm - thank you, I get stuck with sweet things...chocaholic alert! I have added a few of these to my shopping list!flutterbyuk25 wrote: »Well I've done well and stuck to WW since I posted on Satand am enjoying it. I spent Sunday batch cooking and made 6 portions of veggie chilli (2pps per serving), 5 portions of veggie curry (4pps per serving), 3 portions of lentil and carrot soup (4pps per serving) and a big lentil pie (3pps per serving). As well as the 3pps per serving Lemon Drizzle Cake!! Phew!
I had the veggie chilli tonight in wraps, very yummy.
I really should have gone out for a jog this evening, but I'm still feeling a bit off colour, and the sofa called me! But I did have a 20min walk to various places during work.
I did a WI on Monday and have put on 4.5lbs since I last properly WI'd on WW (about 7wks) ago. So not as bad as I thought. I'm aiming to shift a stone by Xmas, but will be happy with 10lbs.

Hi and welcome to the losers (hopefully!) thread
Are you going to WW meetings? I've been doing it online for the first time. I've got a 3 month membership and will see how I feel after that.
Went totally off the rails on my birthday and am still struggling to get back in the zone. Should have weighed myself today but changed it back to Sunday. Not sure if that will make it better or worse, as I am sure I will have put weight on.3 stone down, 3 more to go0
