Morning All,
2lb off for me this week, not bad considering I had Nandos, dessert and then crumble with custard the following day
Trying my best not to fall to far off the wagon this week, Im full of cold though so that could either help or hinder me!
Quick Q - Why are lentils so bad on WW??Sealed Pot Challenge Member 151

well done on the 2lb loss. Didn't know lentils were 'bad' by which I assume you mean high in points?
I have been struggling this week. I don't normally eat many of my weekly points but have had quite a few this week so not confident of losing weight.
On the plus side, someone in work commented on the fact that I'd lost weight - I don't tell people I'm dieting so I was really pleased. Had to take the car in for repairs because someone hit it last night and didn't own up. However, I walked part of the way home from work so I suppose every cloud has a silver lining3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
This thread is EXTREMELY quiet. I would have thought there would be lots of us doing WW.
It's going OK for me. I have lost 16.6lbs since 14th October. I wanted to lose a stone before Xmas and am hoping to come out of the other side still a stone down. Still lots of weight to lose but glad to have got this far.
Hope everyone else is doing OK. Hope we can have a busier thread next year.3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
Hi, just joined weight watchers. I just wondered are there pro points against a cup of tea with milk?!
Thanks0 -
Hello all
I'm planning on re-starting WW todayI did it last year and lost a stone and half. But then I got taken ill and wasn't really able to continue following the plan fully. I did start/stop a few times but everytime I got into the swing of it, my illness cropped up.
But last Weds I had a small operation to help with my illness so hopefully it won't stop me this year. I just weighed and I have put on half a stone since I last did a WI (Nov) so not that bad. I'm still recovering from my operation, and am off work on sick leave for another 9days. I'm on steroids and antibiotics for another 3 days which are messing with my hunger feelings, but I wanted to restart WW on a Monday (they ae my WI day) and didn't want to leave it a week. Also as I'm off work I want to have some control over what I'm eating rather than picking on food randomly.
The only naughty Xmas food I have leftover is some HM Xmas cake (which will be portioned and frozen to remove immediate temptation), a choc orange and some kettle chips, both of those will go on top of my cupboard out of sight.
The good news is that my freezer is full of HM and low WW point meals already so I'm off to a good start!
I can't wait til the Dr says I can start exercising again. I started C25K in Sept last year, and altho I only managed to get to week 4 (did each week twice, so 8wks running) I loved it! Never thought I'd be an aspiring runner. My op was on my nose so it may be a few weeks yet before I'm allowed to though, hoping to restart by Feb.
Enough rambling from me. Hope you all have a good WW day

How much tea do you drink lol:eek:0 -
I popped to Aldi today and they had a lot of WW branded food there, most of it cheaper than I've seen elsewhere. Bits included bagels, wraps, pittas, cake bars, biscuits, sauce jars and cereal bars.
I've had a great Day 1 back on the planI bought the new WW mag, and am working my way through it now, it's much better than the last issue! Loads of yummy recipes in it.
This is what I've eaten today:
B - 2 eggs on toast (6PPS)
L - 2 veggie hotdogs in small rolls with onions, big salad (11PPS)
D - stir fry veg and tofu in black bean sauce with egg noodles (11PPS)
Snacks - fruit, houmous (5PPS) and celery, chocolate (5PPS)
Drinks - coffee (1PP for milk), squash, water, fizzy water
So that's 39PPS and I am allowed 45!! So room for something nice later too. I love WW
