Are you going to WW meetings? I've been doing it online for the first time. I've got a 3 month membership and will see how I feel after that.
Went totally off the rails on my birthday and am still struggling to get back in the zone. Should have weighed myself today but changed it back to Sunday. Not sure if that will make it better or worse, as I am sure I will have put weight on.
Hopefully I can be a loser too!!!
I've signed up online..it's about the millionth time I have attempted to lose weight but I need to do something...starting to feel like a freak show!
Hope you had a fabulous time on your birthday! I'm sure you will be in the zone again soon.....good luck for weigh in on Sunday.

sounds lovely. Enjoy!
I really need to start doing some proper cooking. I got out of the habit and my son moved out a few months ago. He used to do a lot of cooking. It should be easier for me to lose weight now he's not here and he only comes for a meal once a week.
I got a sandwich from Tesco yesterday for lunch. Some of their products have the WW pro points values marked on them. This sandwich said it was 4 and a half points which I knew had to be wrong. Sure enough, when I worked it out it was at least 7 points so they made a major c*** up there!3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
Hi Everyone, Ive now bitten the bullet and signed back up to Weight Watchers, it worked really well for me at the beginning of the year and I never should have given up.
Weighed myself this morning 12stone 6lb
I started the beginning of this year at 13st 3lb, got down to 11st 7lb with weight watchers then thought I could go at it alone. Realised in September that I couldnt so signed up to SW as my sisters were doing it and I couldnt make the Thurs night WW weigh in, at first weigh in there I was 11st 9lb so I'd actually only put on 2lb since giving up WW in May. Lost 1lb in 4 weeks with SW, this wasnt a quick enough progress for me so I gave up vowing I would go back to WW.
...
That was about 4 weeks ago I think and Ive only just got around to signing up again, have weighed in this morning and Im 12st 6, so since giving up SW Ive put on what, 12lb or something ridiculous.
That is an horrendous weight gain and Im so annoyed with myself, Im pretty much where I started out at the beginning of this year!!!Sealed Pot Challenge Member 151

!
Are you going to meetings or doing it online? I'm doing it online at the moment but might start going to meetings in the New Year. I have done meetings a few times before but Groupon had a good offer on for online membership so decided to give it a go.
Good luck anyway and well done for getting back on the wagon3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
I have monthly pass, I didnt realise the meeting I used to attend on a Thurs had actually moved to a Weds until this morning and I didnt want to wait until next week to go to the meeting so i signed up to monthly pass this morning to get me started and I'll go to next Weds meeting for official weigh in. Just got back from a 50 min swim (and 10 min sauna, sweat the calories out lol) and I feel so good! Ive really missed swimming, just didnt realise it! Was also starving when I got back to have had some weetabix, I find thats a really good one if Im hungry as its only 3 points for 2 and they fill me up. I am SO back on this wagon!Sealed Pot Challenge Member 151

I need to start doing some exercise. The most I've done lately is a couple of gentle strolls around the block over the weekend - still I suppose it's better than nothing!
I've been taking Weetabix bite size to work for my breakfast. They work out at 4 points for 40g so I think it is really unfair that you can have 2 weetabix for 3 points3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
2.2 lbs off this week, which makes 10.8 in 5 weeks and I'm well on the way to the stone I wanted to lose by Xmas3 stone down, 3 more to go0

Hi Folks,
I'm going to meetings on a Tuesday. I have been going to WW on and off for over 10 years and got to gold 7 years ago but since then I've put almost all of it back on again. Half a stone went on quickly in the first 6 months after I reached goal , then it was joined by another half a stone where I stayed for 5 years. In the last couple of years I've put on all but 1lb of my old weightloss so realised things need to change.
My clothes are too tight and I want to be a healthy weight again. I'd been going to meetings on and off, tracking half heartedly and going up a bit and down a bit but no real changes over time.
At my meeting last week everyone agreed to go for a pound a week each over the next 5 meetings before Christmas. I lost half a lb this week and I'd like to lose another 4.5 lbs by my 18th December meeting. That would leave me a stone over a healthy weight by the start of 2013, which would be good!
Noel, glad you got back on track after your celebrations! Good luck with your target of a stone by Christmas! I've got a fun week so this will be a challenge ww wise...0 -

Hi and welcome. I'm also a repeat offender having lost and gained weight several times and I really need to find a way to lose it AND keep it off. I do think losing it is easier than keeping it off in the long term.
I've got 3.2 lbs to go, only one big night out planned, so fingers crossed I smash the stone and don't put too much back on over Xmas.
Good luck with your 5lb goal. I'm sure you can do it.3 stone down, 3 more to go0
