Grrrr Problems with OH over DMP

I am sort of happy and sad for you. Happy that you have found your own centre of strength, and sad for you because you have to live with these broken promises. It must be really hard to decide what to do for the best. Perhaps you can go to counselling on your own? It might clear your head at least. Alternatively you could be a bit tricky and phone you OH firms' HR department and enquire about the counselling?!

I'll ask him again tonight about the counselling. TBH I'm now a little worried about what the counselling could dredge up - I would be worried about saying things that would just end up hurting. Needs to be done though. we certainly can't leave it to mend itself.

Haven't read this thread for ages so sad to see that not everything is resolved one way or the other yet.
You seem more positive about your own attitude now which is a really good step to make. More confidence, more self esteem .. where will it all end eh?!!!
