Burning works well for us. It means we don't have to spray where we have burned.
oooo...i might have a bonfire where the god-awful creeping buttercup are. that will do double duty AND cheer me up. just going to cover a bed and finish up for the day I think. There is so so so much to do in the garden0 -
We've had a big bonfire but the size of this might cause the neighbours (and the allotment behind to call the fire service!!) I'll take a pic in a bit, just going to get some stuff from shops.
Wouldn't it be great if you could have a bonfire so big it could be seen in Nasa's satellite pics? I do like to dream big, even if someone will be along shortly to remind me of the environmental consequences.
My garden isn't big enough to dream on this scale mind. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? We spent yesterday demonstrating that we do have a double garage (or be it with a single door) - having done that...
Who are you trying to kid? :rotfl:
Have a bit of class and call it a decent single/ workshop
I like the wall finish and may change mine to similar with sandstone at the bottom and corners if possible.0 -
I am jetlagged today. Got home this morning from an overnight flight with lots of turbulence and not much sleep. I can see that it is 4pm but my body doesn't have a clue what time it is.
While I was away though I got to see something I never thought I would. I went to NASA and they opened up the vehicle assembly building (where the Apollo rockets and Space Shuttles were put together). In volume terms it is one of the biggest buildings in the world, so impressive in itself. But when we got there we got an even bigger surprise in that two of the three surviving space shuttles were inside and we could see them close up. It was amazing to see the amount of engineering involved. The way the individual tiles fitted together, and the covers for the windows, and the hatch they got in and out through. All in something the size of a Boeing 757. Amazing. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Well my business is the one of filming and editing events, was a big dance shoe yesterday.
Not enough work to quite the day job just yet, but interest levels are certainly rising.
Maybe it means dance show ....
It must be nice having a business where you might get the chance to get fed occasionally .... e.g. a free run at the buffet table0 -
What were they thinking of? It doesn't look like a swan!

Looking at michael's garage picture again, I suspect he climbed out of the boot rather than the door!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
