Linked from the lighshade page
There is one with a height chart...but perhaps that is to childish for a dining room. Uless you measure the nutriousness of a meal by if your children are taller after finishing than they were before supper!
Tbh, i don't think it matters how approprite something is, just whether or nit it makes you happy!:). Its not going to detract from the value of your home if you sell
Yeah, I worked that out after I posted and edited my post. The link to the stickers isn't there all the time, it seems, so I hadn't seen it at first.
We measure heights on a door in my dad's house. They've repainted the rest of it, but never the central bit between the panels, and all our heights (mine and my brothers and various cousins and dogs and things) are all still on there. We've all said that if and when he moves, he'll have to take the door with him, or give it to one of us.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

Hahaha! DD has just come into the room, so I've shown her the shade and asked what she thinks of it. She is excited and likes it a lot, but also immediately spotted the fish and asked about it. Perhaps it is a flying fish. :think:Do you know anyone who's bereaved? The fish would bug me a bit if i had to wonder why it was there every day. But you have more gong on than me and might even equate fish with spring. It certainly would not be so ething that i would feel moved to distraction by while visiting a friend, so still think if you like it get it.
I am thinking about trying to make a twig chandalier like one pn linked to a while ago. Well, three of them. For the hallway...with a birdy lamp on the hall table. I am also thinking about tree wallpaper in there, so i am fairly obsessed with trees atm. If i were arti g i would paint trees on. The tree wall papers are a bit....flat for my taste and i think a three floor photographic mural might be a little imposing.I would like it, but .....

e.g. you could get some little birdies and attach them with craft wire0 -
I thought the lampshade was pretty Lydia. I think that liking a bird lampshade could become a new NP criteria. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? My kother is not tall, and when my dad called her gay best friend at the time to tell him i was born he said ' she weighs six and a half pounds and is 22 inches long' my moms friend said ' taller than her mother then'0 -
