Did any external received an offer?0 -
Greetings all, if you cast your mind back to the 'test' some time ago I've just come across some info;On the 2 April Civil Service Jobs revised and
updated the online Assessment Exercises (AEs)
with the following difference:
• Following feedback from recruiters and
candidates, the updated AE are now more
concise and take much less time to complete.
The duration for these AEs will be 30 minutes
compared to the current 75 minutes.
Also, I noted on a few DWP vacancies (internal) that they're asking to upload the working locations form via CS jobs (where you would upload a CV if required) instead of spamming them into a mailbox.0 -
I noticed people are receiving reserve list emails only. Does anyone know otherwise?0

Anyone from Derbyshire heard yet?0

I have heard of 1 internal place being offered ( though, that is 2nd hand info, from a friend of a friend). To my direct knowledge I haven't heard of anything but reserve list/rejection going out, no offers as of yet.0 -
No offence redsky, but you might well be able to help your employer out by looking at your scores?! If you scored 10/45 then you could tell them you'll be staying, if you got 40/45 you could tell them there's a very good chance you'll be leaving. If I was your employer I'd be annoyed at you more than DWP!
No offence taken Wanda. And if I score 5s, 6s or 7s? Doesn't really give anyone an answer does it?0 -
There have been a lot of new changes to staffing levels in the jobcentre where my husband works - increased HEOs from 4 to 5. Many managers have changed teams or even moved jobcentres [I heard that the HEO who interviewed me has since moved office]. The signing system is due to change to 'appointmentless' - customers seen on demand. Small multi-functioning teams of 1 HEO, 2 EOs per AO will 'split' the load [probably by customer surname]. Real focus on 'offloading' [getting customers off benefits no matter what].
So my husband was told that notification 'letters' would be going out last week.....0 -

No it wouldn't, but at least then you'd be able to tell your employer you're definitely in the running. Do they know you have feedback which you're not looking at? If - and I hope you don't - you get rejected and it turns out you got 1's then surely they'd be a little bit peeved you could have put it all to rest weeks ago!0 -
