    Just a quick question.

I have my interview feedback. However, my status still says scheduled for 1st interview.

Is this the same for everyone else?
  • Hello Again,

Please don't worry to respond to my previous post as I realised the results were in Feedback. I did poorly! As I expected and I am gutted to say the least.

    Good luck to everyone else!

It's the same for me, and I assume everyone else.

This is the same for me for my 'home' district. The status for the other 2 districts I applied for says 'situation test complete'.
I think the status will stay like this until final results are communicated.

    Thanks. Much appreciated.

I thought so but over time doubts began to creep in and they've had a lot of time to creep in.

Whichever way they are going to tell us I just hope they hurry up about it! My current employer is not happy that I haven't been given an answer yet - they want to plan their staffing for this new tax year [which is understandable] and need to know if I'll be leaving them or not.
Re: offers, I would think that it's not only the scores which secure a job but also the offices people have chosen. When I went to interview one lady said she could only travel to one specific office which I guess limits her chances? ;)

No offence redsky, but you might well be able to help your employer out by looking at your scores?! If you scored 10/45 then you could tell them you'll be staying, if you got 40/45 you could tell them there's a very good chance you'll be leaving. If I was your employer I'd be annoyed at you more than DWP!
  • Oh gawd, the wait is ever worse because I know the results are imminent. Everyone else I know has their results in the Glasgow region, they got them on Saturday afternoon. This is driving me a bit batty today!

So, in summary - I want my frickin' email!
  • When I had my interview I was on the verge of moving house - I had two weeks to get out and find somewhere new. Because of that I only ticked the one location I'd be able to get to no matter what. Now i've found somewhere to live I know I could have ticked a few more.

Will this affects chances? Should I contact them to add the other locations?
  • I see a few people have heard results (whether waiting list or merit), anyone heard anything from Southern Wessex??!!
