The Recruitment Teams have not yet been given results from the business areas as to who has been successful or unsuccessful. Once this information is known the candidates will be emailed, via the Civil Service Jobs website.

Hi Clementine and all users,
Everyone who emails ESSR will get exactly the same, word for word answer.
Best idea is just to wait and see.0 -

I'd have hated to have got a decent score and have to carry on waiting after all the waiting I've done for the last 3 months (been applying for other jobs too)
Good luck to those of you who were successful at interview.

Sorry to hear that your interview didn't go as well as hoped. I take it that you're sure your scores are not sufficient.
I really hope you get some settled employment soon. You're obviously very determined and not getting in to the DWP at this level shouldn't waiver your determination. For those who don't make it at EO level applications, why not search for AO level. They're still good jobs, if they're available. There around 10 times more AO staff than there are EO or equivalent grades in the Civil Service. Don't give in.
Good luck whatever you do.0 -
Have a Happy Easter everyone.0

Unfortunately, I know my scores weren't enough to progress further.
I was very surprised as I felt the interview had gone well, the questions were straightforward, they wrote lots and I didn't even need to use my notes (thank you for the help with the layout of them!)
I'm registered for alerts for any CS jobs which come up in this area so, as soon as any AO jobs come up I'll apply.
I'm trying to think positively and use the experience for future job applications - particularly the use of the STAR technique.0 -
I just got an email from HR advising I'm on the reserve list for West of Scotland so hopefully that's all the results starting to come through for some of us. I got 5,5,7,7,4 in interview so wasn't expecting to be on merit list.
The Civil Service Jobs website has also updated but i haven't heard about my Glasgow application yet.0 -

Really? Good stuff! Sorry you didnt an outright job, but congrats on the reserve list!0 -
Thanks - luckily I already work there so am one of the lucky ones not to be relying on this. Hopefully a few well-deserving others will get their promotion as there were some strong interview results.0

Congrats Emma for reaching so far, hopefully some new vacancies will be coming up soon as few external contracting companies will be loosing their contracts with dwp. seems like east Scotland will starting to send out emails soon.0

Do you think all internal applications in the UK have got e-mails saying if they on merit or wait list? Just wondering as it would mean the external applications should hear 'very soon'0 -
Yes east London internal have already heard as I no two unsuccessful ones just external now :-)0
