I attended an interview on 1st March for my home region where I got good scores. The other two regions I applied for were left as they were. I assumed that if you were successful in the interview you would get an offer in any of the regions you had applied to.

Now a month later they have marked my competency scores in the other two areas and sent me emails saying I'm unsuccessful.

Am I wrong in what I thought? Will be ringing the recruitment hotline later if I get time although it may have to be tomorrow.

I called and nothing happened then I emailed essr and after few days the status was changed from unsuccessful to under review. Hth

I spoke to some of my friends at JCP and they said that they were waiting for the whole countries interviews to be concluded! They are all finished now so should hear in the next couple of weeks.

They're not quite finished yet - I have mine tomorrow! Thursday's the last day.

I found about about the jobs on the closing day, & it did cross my mind to apply - I'm disabled & jumping through lots of hoops with JC+ about finding work, so thought that when they turned my application down it would make for an interesting discussion with my "advisor" but I decided not to apply as I realised there would be far more capable people than me applying.

I feel for all of you that are going through this process - what an ordeal. FWIW - from most of the posts I've seen on here most of you will be far better advisors than the majority of those I've spoken to & I hope you are all successful.

They're def not all over as a poster said that they've been offered an interview next week by Thames Valley as that region messed up their selection process so are having to invite other people for interview. So we should add another week onto our expected 'putting us out of our misery' date.
