Lol I am back to the forum the things is I am on the cs web site where I actually booked the interview but cannot find the reschedule button anywhere could you please be more specific where is it?
qwertyuio I am unclear from your e-mail if your interview was for the Saturday just gone - yesterday - or for next Saturday? If it was yesterday the re-schedule button will have gone - and if all slots had been taken it may have already gone anyway. The best thing you can do is call the recruitment line tomorrow and explain the issue and hope they can set up another interview.0 -
yes unfortunately it was for yesterday afternoon and I had to be somewhere else. Saturday is not a good day as you cannot call their call centre. I will let you know about the outcome.0

Hi, nice to see people getting good scores here.
Couple of questions
when presenting your competencies in the interview did you lot cover all the points for each sub heading under each comp. i.e. for Building Capability you cover all the bullet points under Working Collaboratively, Communicating with Impact & Developing Knowledge/Skills.
Because for some comps it’s difficult to cover all points using one example. Did you lot you more than one example for a comp?
Could someone also help me with the breakdown of the interview time? I heard it was 5 mins for each comp. so based on this comps with take up 25mins. So what happen for the other 20mins in the interview as it book for 45mins.
thanks0 -
Well looks like I'm out the running. After querying why I was getting the runaround and not getting sift scores Birmingham changed my scores from 5 x 1 to 42211 even though I withdrew from that area weeks ago. The same day 7 out of 8 in our office were told thanks but no thanks for the Black Country. I had been told neither of these were my home district which I have pointed out to them and promised a reply the same day. Still waiting. Nothing from the other 2 areas I applied for. Anyway good luck to everyone I will be checking how you are all doing. Good luck I'm sure you will all do well. For me it's been a nightmare but at least I can put it to bed now.0

Its about 6minutes per competence and the other 15mins gives them time to ask you questions and for you to answer. I assure you that the time flies in!
I never clock watched once :-P0 -

Sorry to hear that you still have problems. Thanks for your good luck wishes. :cool:0 -
Sorry TC54. You're quite right of course, but I ... just ... can't ... stop myself.0

Hello,
I applied for this job in the Hampshire/IOW and Sussex and Surrey regions, and interviewed on Monday 5th March in Havant. (Just once I might add! No maths test either...) Annoyingly I've only just come across this thread, and have read through all 191 pages, gutted that I didn't find this before my application/test/interview etc!
I have a couple of questions I hope someone will be able to answer for me - currently I have my online test and interview feedback (68 percentile and 8,7,8,8,7) but I do not have any sift feedback - for either application - is that right?
Also, could someone give me an idea of an EO's day to day role? I was shocked when I read earlier in this thread that it is an advisory role, give that all the information I received (and such the potted employment history/competency detail I gave) was (people) management focussed. This isn't a problem I hasten to add! Just hope I haven't pitched myself the wrong way...
Lastly, does anyone have any idea of the actual anticipated starting date for those lucky enough to be selected?
Apologies if in my late-night/morning read I've missed answers to these questions provided before.
Many Thanks

Wow your interview marks are great. I'm sure you will be offered a position with those.
I heard that they were all personal advisor roles working with young people? (Don't quote me on that!).0
