Had my interview this morning..
Can't stop fretting now! Did I do enough? Maybe I should have said that? You know the drill...
At the start of the interview they told me that I could return to any of the competencies at the end and add more information at the end. I chose to do this on two of the competencies I felt my weakest and they prompted me for futher info on these in a very posistive manner - I just don't know if I should have done that.

The interviewers were lovely - I had both branch managers from the 1st and 2nd bigest branches in the region!! This made me nervous at first but they were friendly and positive.

Does anybody have an idea of how long it should take for feedback?

Thank you Mint 25. I'm afraid I'm an horrendous p*ss-taker, and it doesn't always translate as humorous on the Net. You know how it is.

In the light of extreme trolling from Git_face, or whoever it was, I'm now expecting to be asked at interview 'can you give us an example of how, when you were in Afghanistan, you provided excellent customer service by rescuing three journalists and a squirrel who had strayed into the path of an oncoming robot (which was disguised as a Taliban elephant). Please also state how you mismanaged the MoD budget to accommodate your stratagem'.

That one might be a bit tricky, though my holiday in Magalluf had its moments.

:rotfl:- though I really dont think their 'questions' were too extreme but I can see that they are more along the lines of senior managers than is required for this position.

Still I'm kinda sad that Wanda never came back to give us her 'interview scores' - I was expecting them to be all 9's regardless of how bad she said she did in her' interview'!! She really screwed up picking an area for her interview date which several of us knew was wrong as we had subsequently been offered interviews in the same area therefore being able to call them out.

I should have realised that this person was also a troll as they stated they had a 2nd interview and I know they have actively ensured that people who have been offered 2 interviews - as I was - have been asked to pick one over the other.

Getting a little nervous now as my interview is on Monday and it's been over 12 years since I had an office based interview - heck I had to go to Matalan to buy something suitable to wear . Going over my competencies and trying to come up with 2nd examples - luckily a couple can be 2nd examples for 2 of the competencies.

It should be 10 working days. But its the longest 5 working days I have experienced so far.haha :-P

During the interviews, do the interviewers say which order the competencies are going to be questioned?
