My interviewers went "We are now going to ask a question about the leading capacity, can you give us an example of how bla bla".

Nothing more nothing less.

The internet must be getting boring if people are having to scroll this thread for a bit of trolling.

Unbelievable.

Quite willing to understand that areas where there are many interviews they may re-word their questions but to do so to such extent would break the civil service code.

Hi everyone,

Hope all of your interviews are going well. Just wondered ihas anyone has been offered a position yet?
I applied but was not offered an interview, which I am now really glad about as last friday I broke my leg and have a tibial platau fracture! It was definitely not meant to be for me!

no offers yet lorraineuk I don't think anyway, I asked question yesterday on here so think they'll be starting to send the letters from the 21st march, still bit of a wait yet lol

so sorry to hear this nana4u , where was your interview? what happened? from what I've read on here so far most interviewers have been really supportive etc, as mine were, you never know tho you may be ok, I came away from mine and kept going over and over it and after re-reading my comp examples about a million times lol I realized there was quite a bit that I never said because I just forgot. I had good feedback scores tho so wait for you feedback fingers crossed for you x

My OH interviewed this past Tuesday for B&S and got his scores back today

Seems B&S are getting results back quickly!

I spoke to a friend who works at the job centre and this is because the success rate is as high as 1/10 in some offices due to applicants applying ofr certain offices.

I myself have my 2nd interview tomorrow in London. Getting up at 5am driving to london for 9.15am appointment. No notes no scriptd answers. Just me and what i have done. I will be myself again. listen to the question. be honest remember an experience and just talk about it. 5 questions 5 different jobs.

These questions you have posted were pretty good and the only problem is that it is for a more senior level interview like SEO. A role that holds a budget, run a project etc and not for a customer facing role i.e EO. Am not sure what your intentions are in posting these questions.
