i had my interview today for thames valley - seemed to go ok.....
was told there would be some feedback on by the end of the day - there's none so far...... was also told that we wouldn't be told the merit list until the end of march and then there would be a merit list of about 150 people for 95 jobs.

And the 7 was for the one I was questioned on! It seems that despite my nerves I explained them fully enough to be considered worthy. I'm a bit excited but as I understand it this means I will just be placed on a merit list and this is just yet another waiting game? I'm shaking like a leaf typing this!

Has anyone else got their scores back? Seems like they dont take long to post them..

Got to ask is anyone on here still waiting for their scores feedback from the sift. Mine still say awaiting review. Asked a colleague at work today if they had theirs and they said no but a couple of others have had their feedback.

This has been so useful, thanks everyone.

I had my interview in Sheffield today! (I scored 76% in the online test, and 4 4 7 6 4 on the competencies).

I was interviewed by two women, who were both really nice. They asked me a question about each of the 5 competencies, and probed me quite a lot when I didn't give specific enough examples, so I'm not too hopeful atm.

Can't wait to get the interview results back!

I have just got my interview feedback. Received 3 x 5's and 2 x 4's. Not brilliant but at least none were under 4 i suppose.

Can someone please explain to me what the merit list is?

Also does anyone know whether we use the same comps as application form but elaborate more on them or come up with new ones?
