Well I think my interview went well, it was the same as previously explained here.
Went in 25min early, filled in lots of paperwork and they took copies of the paperwork I had provided (p45's etc.) Then went in for interview.
Two staff explained they would ask me five questions based on the competencies, then they asked further questions for example ' can you explain how you managed the ups and downs with the staff members behavior'
At the end they asked if I had any questions or if I'd like to add anything else. I said I was worried I had not covered everything in delivering a professional service as it had a lot of bullet points, they then spent a good couple of minutes reading through them and said they believed thFat I had covered everything. So all in all a good one
Good luck! Can i ask what score you got for the 5th comp (frm application?). That was my worst one, found it so difficult to cover all the points!!0 -

Unfortunately a 3 means you failed to demonstrate the required standard for that competency and therefore your application will not be progressed any further.0 -

Did you give enough eye contact, perhaps thats why your scores lowered?

Hey, did you get your competencies marked before you went into the interview, if you did how did your marks compare?0 -
Do we use same comps as the application form or do we have to come up with new ones?0

You can use the same ones, of have extra ones prepared just in case they say 'can you give me another example' I reckon they would only do that if the example you gave was really weak.....
They dont have your application in front of them0 -
