Sorry you didn't get 4s:( The thing is, those of us who don't have our comps marked beforehand are at a bit of a disadvantage because there is no indication of whether they are ok or which ones to work on. Bit unfair really, but at least you got a shot at an interview I suppose. If you don't make it I hope you find something better!:D0 -
But it's so great to get the competencies you've already had monkey-marked (and in which you've shown a standard that's acceptable) assessed again by different monkeys. Why the f*ck didn't they simply exclude the masses on the online test, and interview for competencies face-to- face? F*cking simples or what.0

Hi all, just to back up what's been said all ready.
Had my interview on Wednesday for GLED area. 5 mins x 5 competencies. I used a mixture of application examples and additional. 2 x panel memebers are really nice and eek out of you what 'you' did. Loads of paper work and photo copying before hand. Told a the end that it will be end of March beofre any news :-(
Good luck to everyone still waiting for news.0 -
So are the interview competences marked in the same way as the application form?
Meaning do we still get marked out of 9 for each on and have to score 4 or above to get through on to the waiting list?
Oooh I didn't realize the competency scoring was out of 9, I thought it would be out of 10. I feel even better about achieving all 7's online now.
Just wish the interview feedback would hurry up!0 -

But at least in the interview you're not limited by 200 words - I know I could have made a better impression if I'd have got through to interview, and some people are purely better at communicating face to face rather than writing stuff down, which is the main part of the job ultimately!0 -
My interview is today... Wish me luck!

Well, it's Friday, so I'll be expecting some form of news from the Black Country today, right? That's what the chappy on the phone said anyway.
Oh, look!! A flying pig....
