  • Ive used this company only once and they lost alot of my parcels some was still being delivered 4 weeks later by RM as they couldnt deliver them themselves and more got returned back to me as they cant read their own labels and sent them to the return address after many phone calls and emails they blocked me off there site so they lost me a lot of money through replacing orders so its now in the hands of trading standards thats paypounds way of dealing with there errors deleting your account hoping you will go away

Trading standards won't be able to do much, the company has seized trading so their assets will have been sold and money distributed -- leaving behind the suckers at the bottom who paid the £600. No doubt the directors will make a mint one way or another

I'm still waiting on a Group0n deal I ordered before Christmas and was told to expect in the first 2 weeks of Jan. I contacted the company supplying the goods last week and was told the delay was due to 'courier issues' and I'd have it by Thur/Fri. Still not here, so I contacted them again this morning. The reply (from a more senior member of staff) says that this is the courier they were using, gave them all the parcels, only half were delivered before the courier went into receivership, and they can't get details of which were delivered !! They've now got fresh stocks in and are using a different courier, so hopefully I should have the item (which I could have made use of this last weekend!) by Friday. Came across this thread when I g00gled the courier name to see if I could find anything to confirm the info in the email.

And be setting up in business the next day, ripping off more unsuspecting mugs.
The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark
  • Unfortunately I had to deal with the director before in different circumstances and I found out that he is a scammer.
he sets companies and he folds them maximum a year after except his cab and loan shark businesses.
As the victims do not sue him and they prefer avoid all the hustle I am sure he will carry on doing this.
Just for information he is involved in other businesses With borrowed names
  • Would everyone involved, Drivers and Customers be willing towards pursing this guy through the courts?
Surly there has to be enough of us to make a stand against this guy and enough evidence against him.
Do a whois search and it comes up with an addres sin manchester and a landline which no one answers and a previous address on a diffrent trading estate before the company moved to where they are now. Might give Europa a ring again on Monday and see if they know anything seeing as it was there old depot...

You don't have a contract with the "guy".. you have a contract with the company he was a director off - a separate legal entity. Any claim against him as an individual would either be transferred to the company or thrown out.

If you can prove he traded whilst insolvent with no way of trading our of it or acted illegally you MAY have a claim. However, proving this would be next to impossible and extremely rare!

Don't waste too much money with this.
