Hi Megela, maybe just keep one? I'm thinking of moving my contact lenses and something else small, bit of a pain but only need to move them once to keep £60 pa. Have decided against opening one for DH though :(

Ah, I hadn't spotted that, and we have 2 reward accounts, not sure I can face moving 4 direct debits to 2 seperate accounts, then make sure there is money left in both to cover them. It's just too complicated and I'm sure I'll end up overdrawn. I can't move my current account altogether as we have an off-set mortgage it reduces interest on. Looks like I may have to say goodbye to my £10 reward each month:(

Have a look at this https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4344511 theres loads of ideas for setting up small savings accounts to collect the £5 into using DDs - I think spending a bit of time sorting this is well worth the £60 per account!

    Thanks for that ickle :T
I like the idea one poster suggested of charity donations, I already have a charity DD for £3 I can move and I think I'll set up another one for the other £2.
Will add it to my list of things to do!

Still waiting for this month's OP to show on my mortgage account, made Thursday night and won't show until Monday :( I did notice that my online mortgage shows me the updated redemption date, so now Feb 2023 for original part and Dec 2022 for the further advance. We've reduced it by about 8.5 years so far :T

Couple of ebay sales tonight with more finishing tomorrow. Have also been busy listing the easy items today, got the ones that need photos to do tomorrow before free listing ends. January seems to be a good month to sell so hoping to shift lots of the stuff in my ebay boxes (yes they've been breeding :D )

Haven't had a chance to do anymore decluttering today so aim to do at least one drawer tomorrow.

Ebay sales not great over the weekend but another £12.35 towards OPs and lots of items listed to finish next weekend.

Managed to declutter the one drawer yesterday, hope to do another one later. Don't want to rush this :D

Decluttering still going at the rate of one drawer a day and they now have less in them than they did at the start so room for this years bits and pieces to go :)

Reached another £20 on dooyoo and so with no Council Tax next month and ebay profits for Jan I'm already at an extra £200 on the Feb OP :j

Have found ourselves with a free weekend as the snow has meant we've had to cancel seeing family and friends :(
Had fun in the snow with little people this morning, still on the chilly side and was glad to get back indoors in the warm.
Decluttering has faltered so need to get that back on track this afternoon. Currently watching my ebay items as 7 finishing this afternoon with bids on 6 of them.
Have been discussing with DH plans for when mortgage is paid off later in the year. I'm really looking forward to our income exceeding our expenditure each month, just need to keep our fingers crossed that DH doesn't get made redundant.

Managed to declutter a cupboard and a drawer so not too bad, our spare room is turning into a bit of a dumping ground for all the stuff that we are going to get rid of either on ebay or to charity shops. Think it's going to be a while before it's all sorted!
Have packaged most of the ebay items to post tomorrow, just have a pair of shoes to do.
Tomorrow I need to call my old energy provider that still haven't refunded my credit balance

Today has been productive so far so looking forward to a fun afternoon with little ones. I've started getting up earlier which is giving me more time to get housework done, although I could do with a nap now!
Ebay items all posted, was a bit nippy out so glad to be back in the warm.
Called old energy provider and refund cheques should be with me soon, lets hope so! Another £80 to put towards the Feb OP, which with last weekends ebay profit is now at £315 :)

Decluttering has stalled :( Hoping that posting an aim of clearing at least one drawer tomorrow will get it going again!
Had a fun but hectic weekend and after lots of running round after little people at toddler group have been really tired this afternoon. Had a quick nap after little ones bedtime and feeling much better now :)
Final January ebay items posted today. Made good use of free listing yesterday so hoping February sales start well.
Received and banked my cheques from old energy provider :T

Nearly pay day, been a looong month!

Managed to declutter a drawer and did quite a bit of surface tidying. Have nearly finished downstairs now apart from the kitchen cupboards, hoping to do a bit more tomorrow before back at work.
Called T@x credits people and they said inheritance won't affect credits unless income tax generated on it, was expecting it to stop so was a a surprise.
NSD today due to rain keeping us in the house, hoping weather has improved by tomorrow.
One bid on ebay listings and withdrawn £33 from TCB account :)
