Cardiff airport, along with Glasgow & Luton, were, I believe, the first to charge for dropping off, although it is only £1 at Cardiff. Yet will no doubt increase over the years, it'll be a fiver before you know it.

They made the excuse in our local rag it was for security. Rubbish because not all airports charge for dropping off.

And Cardiff airport is the $hitiest airport in the UK.

I really resent penny pinching like this, all it says about these airports is they don't care a damn for you.
