I just set out the situation very clearly, when I ordered, what I ordered and that it originally had not been recieved. When I recieved part of my order I updated the dispute and sent the same information to them by email. This was Saturday and I've still not heard anything!

What a nightmare this has turned into! I'm still waiting for my delivery that was supposedly upgraded to first class on Thursday. They were quick enough in taking the full amount though. I have no idea if we've had any sort of refund as paid with hubby's credit card. Think my patience has finally ran out!

I have just received a full refund through PAYPAL.

I raised a claim a few days ago, excalated it yesterday and just received my refund.

Hope everyone else gets their money back asap.

I raised a claim in paypal yesterday and escalated it straigh away and have been refunded. Never again will I use this company.

i opened a dispute with paypal yesterday and have received an email today saying mp have agreed to refund, should take upto 5 days.

at least doing it through paypal it was quick and easy to get my refund without all the hassle of trying to get it through mp!
