They seem to subscibe to the review site 'Feefo'. I've looked there to see how to leave a (none too complimentary) review and it seems that each customer should be sent an email 'invitation' from the merchant to leave a review. Funnily enough I've had no such invitation and some of the reviews recently left amid the recent carnage seem to be surprisingly favourable....!

I got emails for about 5 of the 20 items I ordered. I got the emails well before I got my order, so just ignored them. If it hadn't been for this forum, I'd have had no idea that Muddy Puddles was having problems. I got all the items I ordered, and am pleased with all of them. I know I've been very lucky, compared to many on this forum. But looking at just my own experience, I would give them a positive review.
  • Well parcel finally arrived and only 3 of the many items I ordered were there. I had a partial refund to Paypal but even with £3.95 postage I have been overcharged. I phoned them and was told that they are a firm just taking messages for Muddy Puddles as they were so busy. She said they have been told to say postage will be refunded on incomplete orders.I explained even if they did that I have still been overcharged. She took details and said someone from Muddy Puddles will phone back in next few days.

I contacted Feefo, who said that MP are having "technical difficulties" with their system, but sent me a link to add my feedback.

I suggest we ALL do this, to warn off other customers from using this company, but also so that MP themselves hopefully sit up and take note at just how bad their service has been.

Finally managed to get through on phone today, (order placed 7th Jan, shown as Packing since 11th) -was advised it is ready to be posted first class tomorrow - I asked if it was complete and she said no so I said to just refund, I only ordered 12 prs of the 30p gloves and not prepared to pay the post for just a couple of pairs!!

(she did ask if I was aware the MP were having troubles atm!)

If you paid by Paypal and are owed a refund, set up a dispute right away. I did this on Saturday, requesting what I calculated I was owed rather than MP, and it has been agreed to today and the dispute closed.

Neither has mine. And no parcel!!!!!!

I have had an automated response to the first email I sent them though, talk about delayed. Asking me to respond with one of threee options about my query but not in any way answering it. It's another joke.

I can't be doing with any more of it, I just want my money back. Stuff the order.

I have received my parcel today, with lots missing. They did refund my postage last Monday though when I said I wasn't happy to pay £3.95 for a small order.

I have just emailed to tell them what is missing and to ask for a refund for these items. They have messaged me back to inform me that I have already had a full refund! It's starting to irritate me now...

No I didn't ask for my postage to be refunded, as I did receive about 12 items. However as I had already received a refund of £3 odd that i forgot about I think I may have been wrong in my calculations and asked them for too much.
