I had a refund of £5.45 on a £12 odd order. Received 2 items which cost £2.70 and been charged £4 postage! Phoned them and she said to return the items with a note asking for a refund of the postage. After reading here I think I'll email them first. She said the company who owns them has gone into liquidation or something?

*Sigh* Like many others, I've received a refund and just 3 items out of about 15 or so ordered. But, the refund does not add up (about £20 in their favour).

So now, after countless emails and phone calls to try and establish where my order was, I'm going to have to go through the whole process all over again in order to sort my refund out.

Totally fed up with this company, this is ridiculous. And sending a £5 off £20 voucher, what a joke - as if I'm ever going to use them again after this. If they had wanted to give them another try, they would have had to give me a £10+ no min spend plus free postage offer, because frankly getting something entirely for free would be the ONLY way I'd even consider going back to them.

I'm really furious TBH, they are a bunch of complete incompetents who are continuing to waste my time.

Someone talked about reviews - how can we write a review/rate them? I think we should ALL do this, and pull their ratings down, because frankly consumers need to be warned about incompetent companies like this.
  • I had a dispatch email last Wednesday. Only ordered 1 item, totalling £8 with postage. I then had a full Paypal refund. So don't know whether my item will arrive or not. Would be helpful to know as it was an item needed imminently, so will need to order a replacement quickly.

I had a dispatch email last Wednesday and my order arrived this morning, with a hat missing (knew other things weren't coming as had called them, but the hat was included on the invoice and I was charged for it!) I know others have had bigger things missing so was grateful to get the 2 coats I wanted, but this is not what you expect is it. Hope yours arrive today too.

They seem to subscibe to the review site 'Feefo'. I've looked there to see how to leave a (none too complimentary) review and it seems that each customer should be sent an email 'invitation' from the merchant to leave a review. Funnily enough I've had no such invitation and some of the reviews recently left amid the recent carnage seem to be surprisingly favourable....!
  • received my order today. only got 1 item out of 5. have had a small refund but not whats owed to me. i dont want to pay postage just for 1 item. not sure whether to return it and get full refund or try and get hold of them to try and get the rest owed to me plus postage. its just all too much hassle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
