Well, rather strange. I ordered from Muddy Puddles back in September and received my order. Today I have received the exact same items again, even though I made no order?

Possession

I have received my parcel, but half the items are missing, including one of the items I really needed. I'm owed £23.79 and haven't had it via Paypal so I've opened a dispute.

Hi other MP customers who are still waiting for orders/ or part orders i have just spoken to someone in the know with Trading laws, this is what i have done plzz feel free to do the same. I have mailed muddy puddles with a time limit to reply and issue refund you have to do this before you can take a claim against them any further!

I received my order today - 2 items with a value of £3! I phoned to complain and was offered a refund of my postage charge. Apparently this should be in in the next fews days. I paid by Paypal so if I've not had it within a week, I'll open a dispute.

I'm pretty annoyed that they took the money before dispatch, and that they are still advertising the sale on their website when they clearly can't keep up with demand.

I also got a £5 voucher of my next order but I really can't see myself using them again...

awww NUTS - wish i'd read the entire thread before clicking through.

I just put an order in for £25 via paypal and now you're telling me it won't get delivered!!!

maybe I should just cancel it now and save myself the hassle.

Well my order arrived this morning. Of the 14 items I ordered I only received 5.

My original order was £22.20 + £3.95 del = £26.15. The items that came amount to £9.74 - I would never pay nearly £4 del for such a small amount.

I have received a Paypal refund for £6.10 but they still owe me £6.27 which means it's going to mean more time emailing and trying to get a refund :mad:

Not impressed at all with Muddy Puddles, especially as the leggings I ordered are the wrong size too, but at least they are a size larger so she can grow into them - I'm not bothering to send them back.

As for their £5 off your next order over £20 offer - they can keep it.

Hi all,

well i waited patiently for my order to arrive. It arrived today and out of the 19 items I orderd, only 3 were delivered. All 3 items cost £1.74 in total, yet I am charged delivery of £3.29. I am not a happy first time customer and will not use them again. Some of the out of stock items are still available on their site which is frustrating to see. I have emailed them for a refund on the postage. Lets see if they reply.

mine was sent 2nd class too look like i paid postage . am happy with items i got but not happy that some of the missing item are still in stock on their website! have sent them an email and posted on their facebook wall . will wait and see if i get a reply from them . i have no idea what i have been refunded for or how much as paid on my hubby`s card. very very poor customer service.
