My friends (who I recommended this cursed sale to ) got their order today - ONE 75p t-shirt (out of the £10+ order they placed), they were refunded a few quid but not the full order, or the postage...

I ordered £80+ worth of stuff, had a refund early on by paypal for £11.23, emailed to ask what for but reply. I was hanging on in case I got order today but didn't so I am going to open paypal dispute now, will be easier than getting a few things and trying to chase a refund for the rest...

i wonder why people arent getting full refunds for the missing items? seems even if we are lucky enough to get our orders were going to have the hassle of trying to get hold of them to get the rest of the money owed!

ragz- ive not long received a dispatched email. you never know, you might get one soon?

Can you open a dispute through Paypal if you only get a partial order and the refunds have not been given or are incorrect?

I'm sure most people are grateful that she posted the deal and don't blame her at all. I thanked her, still do, it's hardly her fault. It should have been a great deal!

yeah, its a real shame muddy puddles have made such a mess of things. and they still have lots of sale items on their website. i would have thought they would have stopped that and sorted out all their problems first before taking on more orders.

I have finally had a despatch email! I paid by debit card and there is no sign of a refund yet. Will be interesting to see what I get. I will be very annoyed if anything I don't get is still in stock on the website.

One other puzzle; I thought Feefo (the reviews/rating people) were impartial. The Feefo rating on the Muddy Puddles website has shot back up today, from 71% (yesterday) to 86% today. The ratings yesterday had just one pie chart showing the overall impressions. Now there are two pie charts, one for service and one for products. Someone has had a good toggle with the review percentages and helped raise their ratings by splitting them and then combining them again somehow to make this overall '86%'. And by looks of it, one or two ratings have gone missing. I am sure that if you average out 251 Service ratings (total= 72% score) and 187 Products ratings (total = 89% score) it does not come to an average overall of 86%.

I have had my dispatched email so we will see what comes of it but I will def be checking my order closely and will log a dispute with paypal if i have anything missing because I doubt we will get anywhere quickly with muddy puddles.
