I've received my order today. There were 5 items out of 19 in the pckage. But 8 of the items I didn't receive are still showing as being in stock on their website.
I spent £67.98, have had two refunds of £4.50 and £6 and the items I've received come to £19.55 excluding postage.
I'm really disappointed as I wanted a lot of the items I haven't received that are still showing as in stock.
I'm going to have to call them too, but I don't know which number to use. Can anyone who got through tell me which number you used?0 -
You get through on both the one on the site or 0844 577 4945 but it depends what mood they are in as to whether they are overflow centres or muddy puddles, also, most calls have resulted in speaking to people who do not have access to customer accounts0

I called 0844 577 4945 and got straight through to someone who was able to see my account/order and authorise a further refund.0

I've just tried this number and 0844 577 4950 as on the website and got 'number not recognised' for both.
Also this number from 'say no to 0870' - 01548 810466 also unrecognised.

Have just tried that number but says disconnected0

Well, just contributing an update - following opening a paypal dispute, I was emailed yest to say items were being shipped. Today, 3 out of 6 items have arrived - half my order. No enclosed note regarding the outstanding items or a refund. So due either a refund for 3 items or their arrival separately. As they were trainers and organic t shirts, i doubt they'll come. On a separate note, the items that have arrived are lovely. Argh.0

I admit to being amazed. After the telephone no.s didn't work I filled in the online contact form, and lo and behold 10 minutes later I have a reply, telling me my order is being sent out today minus only the strawberry pots. I will wait and see on that one but I was glad to see they obviously are still working there. When the phones started not working I thought it might all have gone pear-shaped.0

Yep, my OH is now involved as he's very angry about it all; he called all numbers and they were all giving the disconnected tone. He tried for several minutes.
I'm considering a phone call to Trading Standards. I don't want to be sent a small fraction of the £67 worth of items and then have to fight for a refund. Or be sent no items and have to fight for a refund. I read the Feefo reviews and Facebook comments and it seems that MP do not get the whole principle of 'refund'; this dates back to before the current issues.0 -
all numbers are now saying number cannot be recognised, I ordered on 7th, emailed on 14th and order still says packing- not looking good and I paid by debit card so dont know where I stand.0

I've sent them numerous emails, no replies. Thanks for that, I have just tried the online contact form again. How many hours I've wasted on this now I just don't know!!!0
