Hi everyone I dont normally post comments but I also placed 2 orders, 1 of which got refunded the other arrived today I got half my order, but i was suppose to recieve a free castle bookcase I was insured it was on my order as when I ordered the payment systems were down, and they had to ring me back to get payment. I got told same as other people that the call centre has moved but 1 of the ladies from the other call centre has moved as well they couldnt access my account where I rung through to, so I have to wait for a call back so i will see was happy I recieved the 3 in 1 coats I ordered but none of the small cheap things turned up, or the trainers. I will keep you updated to see if I get my free gift has anyone else recieved theres.
Good luck to everyone else getting there things.0 -

I have received 3 refunds for
£8.85 (beach cosy I assume, interesting since they told me on the phone that neither beach cosy was in stock so I said to go ahead and cancel this whole order...)
£9.05 (some items from the other order perhaps?)
£3.95 (one of the two delivery charges?)
I will wait and see what arrives, but I'm actually really disappointed that only one of the delivery charges seems to have been refunded despite at least half of BOTH orders being missing, plus the amount of stuff that is missing from the second order. I have a feeling that I'm going to end up with all the "fillers" that I put in, and none of the items that I actually wanted.
Will be giving MP a miss in future.0 -
I to ordered on the 7th and paid via paypal. I am so tempted to raise it with pp but really want some of the items. I think mp will b losing any repeat custom for most us.“A house is made of walls and beams;a home is built with love and dreams.”2012 Challenge to buy most gifts and non essentials from money made online.:money:0

I ordered on the 7th and got a partial refund on the 13th of £13 on a £65 order. Tonight I have received a shipping notification email. I have used MP before and never had any problems so it wouldn't put me off using them again. Their clothes are always great quality and their sales really good. On this occasion they obviously have other problems and the onslaught of MSErs has added to this.0

I received a small parcel today with 2 hats in it. The packing note states 3 of my items are no longer available so will be refunded. I checked my credit card account and I've been refunded £18.54 - the 3 items don't add up to that. I wonder if I'll be getting another parcel or another refund. I hope not as the items I received today only add up to 90p, so will not be happy if I've paid postage for just that. There was no note about my missing items either.2017 - no clutter to be seen challenge: 72/2017

Oh dear. Well my order was placed at 2.30pm on the Saturday (7th), it was for £64. I had a refund last week that was exactly the same as the price of the hearts trainers (no communication of course). I only ordered one set of gloves and matching mitts, all the rest was a raincoat, sandals, teeshirts, trousers, leggings, dress, beach cosy and hoodies. No little items, no gardening gear, no wellies or anything else that was the first to go OOS. Since ordering I've heard nothing. My order is still at 'packing' status after that assurance they've given out about all orders being sent out by tomorrow. No dispatch email.
I'm glad that people are starting to get an idea about their orders (good or bad) but I feel so in the dark and 'one of the last ones'. I suspect I will get nothing apart from an eventual refund, myself.0 -
How quick did peoples orders arrive after their dispatch email? Don't think it's worth sitting in tomorrow to await what little is left in my order.0

Thanks to everyone for posting on this thread. I've been dipping in and out of it for days. It's nice to know you are not alone!
I've been a happy customer before and would always have recommended them but now, although I might use them again (depending on how swiftly I get any refund due etc) because I like their products, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
I'm one of those that ordered early on the 7th after receiving an email from them and am still waiting. Money has been debited but status is still packing. I'm glad some people are getting their stuff but it's a bit galling that they seem to be picking the orders in reverse! And there's no excuse for the lack of communication - a blanket email to everyone would have saved a lot of ill feeling.
I haven't bothering contacting them as I think I'm learning more on this thread than I will by emailing them! I hope they see this thread and learn some lessons - it's an exercise in how not to do things, isn't it?0
