I placed an order like most people here on the first Saturday. I have this afternoon received an email to say my order has been dispatched. I have checked my Paypal account and the full amount of the order has been debited and there is no sign of a refund. Has everybody who hasn't received a full order also received a refund on Paypal. Can't believe that there aren't going to be items missing!

I made two orders on Saturday 7th one before lunch and one late afternoon. I have contacted Muddy Puddles twice by email and have left phone messages. Have had no reponse at all to any and am feeling very frustrated and upset. I paid by credit card and am now really really wishing i had used paypal instead so i could leave them to deal with the whole sorry mess

I've had a shipped email. :j And no refund so far! I'll be amazed if I get everything I ordered but you never know.

Well after emailing Muddy Puddles last night requesting my order be cancelled, my order has now been shipped. They have either not seen my email or just ignored it, as the order status changed to shipped at 2.56 pm. I've not idea what I'll be receiving, but it better not just be 1 little item or I will be most unhappy.

I've managed to check my credit card online and I've been refunded for the extra jacket they added to my order by mistake, but nothing else. So I'm either getting the whole of my order or any refund hasn't shown up yet.

Just received partial refund from Paypal, thought I might have got away with it!
No word at all from Muddy Puddles despite my emailing them. Just emailed again, anyone like to bet on whether I will get response?

I had refund notification fromPaypal at 1100 this morning, orig order on 7th. refund of £15.87 from a £19.61 order, leaving £3.74 Was P&P not £3.95? No idea what I will be getting or when!

Well, like many, I ordered on the 9th jan and paid by paypal. not had a single confirmation email, not received any delivery, finally emailed them today to ask where my items are and have had no response. really don't know whether to give it til the end of the week or just seek the refund via paypal process. frustrated.

I received an email to say my order has been shipped. And checking my bank statement looks like I've only been refunded 54p (one pair of mittens)..... I wonder what will actually arrive when Mr Postie knocks on the door?? I'm going to remain optimistic (however foolish that may be! Lol!)
