Got an email to say my order has been shipped! Doesn't say whether anything is missing and doesn't say on the website either, wonder how much will come!

My order has been finally marked as shipped today and I have placed it on the 12th so quite late..no idea whether they have sent all 4 items..if not I will claim a full refund through paypal and sent partly shipped items back

I emailled them and got a reply in 3 hours so was impressed here is the reply

We are currently experiencing some difficulties with our warehouse which has caused a delay in your order being despatched, some of the items you have ordered are not available, we are currently working to establish which parts of the order out we can send and refunding the items we are unable to send.

I ordered on the 8th, well midnight on 7th, and status is still packing, sent an email yesterday but no reply, no phone call here either. payment of £73 odd taken and no refunds as yet.
just want to know whats going on....

I cant find my confirmation email, cant login on the website and only have my paypal receipt and money taken out of my account. Have just sent them an email not gonna hold my breathe on that one. Can anyone help what number do I need to ring to get someone who can actually help or are they all contact centres now? really dont want to waste time and money trying to get through only to be greeted by a person with a script.
My order was placed on 10th Jan

I have still had no contact from them at all. I think I'll be going through paypal shortly to get my money back. Muddy Puddles were always fine, but this has taken the biscuit.

Someone said they got through on the number on the site, there is 0844 557 4945 as well, though both usually say they are only overflow lines and will get someone to call back, though that hasn't happened yet.

I ordered on the 9th and when I checked out my order came to £44.75. When I got to order confirmation page my total was £58.25. Somehow their system added another jacket to my order. I phoned first thing in the morning and spoke to the graphic designer (!) who said he'd get someone to phone me back, which no one did.

I sent an email and eventually they called next day, spoke to DH and told them I somehow must have added 2 jackets, which wasn't possible after check out of my original order. DH said I never and they said they would try to take it off the order. A week passes and I received a phone call yesterday from a pleasant lady. She just wanted to check I only wanted the one jacket, which I did - was miffed it took a week to get to that stage. I wish I'd just asked to cancel my order as don't hold much hope of getting everything judging by the reviews on Muddy Puddles website. I've now sent a message requesting cancellation as I don't just want part of my order. Not impressed.

It seems from reading these posts that they are picking orders back to front.
The people who have ordered after the weekend of the 7th seem to be receiving their orders whilst the people who ordered on the 7th don't.
Well done everyone who has received their items, but I think by the time they get round to picking our items from the 7th there will be nothing left at all Seems that we should have not grabbed it on this occasion and waited hehe

Still will wait and see...a bargain is a bargain!!!
