I had an email saying they were phasing refunds and would do by wednesday well guess what tody is wednesday and still no refund luckily done through paypal so am off to ask for a refund through them

I ordered from this company on Wednesday evening and have just received my order. All there except for one item which they have already refunded and given me a discount code for February.

The note in the parcel says they were overwhelmed with orders for the sale - probably caused by them being mentioned on this website.

I think they deserve to be reconsidered!! I for one will be ordering from them again - everything was brilliant quality and well priced.

Ahhhhh but if I've read your post right, you only ordered last week, long after the sale rush had finished. I'm also surprised that an item you ordered wasn't delivered but that obviously means that their site still shows stock when in fact they don't have any. I'm not having a go at you but had you gone through the frustrations the rest of us have, you wouldn't have ordered last week!

I was also lied to and told my entire order was being refunded then told that would never have been an option and only the cost of the missing items & postage would be refunded. That's all I ever wanted and asked for, being told the whole order would be refunded was their suggestion and I don't like being lied to.

I will not be reconsidering them next year. I did after my first phonecall but after the 2nd one, I was back to the 'never using them again' camp.

I certainly wont be using this company again after my experience. I believe people are still having problems getting there refunds from them. I know that people are saying that the goods they received are of excellent quality (mine certainly were) but I think im correct in saying that its all stock that they relocated. Whos to say that the company will be using the same suppliers in the future? I suppose time will tell, but im still advising people not to use them. There service was horrendous.

well, I haven't received my full refund, so I phoned today. Someone said they would look into it for me, she phoned me back, and apparently the money should show in my account in the next couple of days. She was very helpful, but the real test will be if the money goes back into my account or not!

did you receive anything rose_ginger? or did you cancel and ask for a refund? I've had a few bits but only about a third of my order, yet they've only refunded a small amount and have charged me the postage too!

Similar to you. I received under half of my order, and had a refund for a very small amount of money, I was owed about £50. I didn't bother asking for a postage refund, I will be happy just to get the right amount! I didn't pay via paypal or I would have chased it up via there
