I received my order- it had the free bookcase and nothing else in it. I have emailed them. Wish I had paid with paypal now

I got a great email from them 13 days after sending them an email!!!

I received 5 things out of an order for 30 items, got a part refund but like a lot of others it doesn't make sense!! they still owe me money and have not answered any of my emails.
Feefo now shows
Service 18%
Products 70%
Muddy Puddles have answered a couple of the reviews left on feefo, but just with the same standard 'warehouse move'

I have now reported them to Directgov (consumer Direct), its an online form and easy to fill in.
Sorry not allowed to do links as new user but its easy to find if you go to trading standards on line or Consumer Direct.

Well my dispute is ongoing with MP. They have apparently sent 2 of the items I ordered over a week ago, but nothings arrived. I have said I've had enough, just give me a full refund. If they don't respond, I'll just leave it in Paypals capable hands

I'm almost in the same boat as you except I have no clue what was sent out last Thursday. I paid by card so don't have the option of reclaiming through paypal

No items received from them so claimed via paypal. Will NEVER used MP again!

well i got my order today - only 1 item that i actually wanted and none of the so called sale items in sight . i had been charged £56 originally , had a refund of £7 yet only received £22 of goods , have raised a dispute with PP as i doubt they are gonna be arsed to reply , and as for their £5 off coupon - what a joke . I will never use them again

I received my order today, which I placed on the 13th Jan. Had sent two emails chasing but got no reply. My order was complete, one all in one, a hat and pair of gloves. Guess I am one of the lucky ones, but having read all of the posts I won't be in a hurry to order from them again. I am very pleased with the all in one for £12 it was exactly what I wanted!
